Abstract
Description
ポリアミドの生成におけるリン含有化合物の使用に関するいくつかの態様がある。リン含有化合物は、色を改善するため、および重合速度が改善されることを達成するための触媒として作用するために使用される。特定のリン含有化合物の使用に関連した負の結果は、重合装置における縮合ポリリン酸塩の析出、射出成型の間のRV制御の欠如、およびこれらのリン含有化合物を含有する材料から成型される物品の物理的特性での低下が挙げられる。

Claims (16)
- リン含有化合物を含む低色調ポリアミドであって、前記リン含有化合物が、25から50ppmのリンを含有する、前記ポリアミド。
- 前記ポリアミドの表面に存在する金属含有化合物をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記金属含有化合物が、500から1,500ppmの濃度で存在する、請求項2に記載のポリアミド。
- カルボン酸をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記カルボン酸が、酢酸、プロピオン酸および安息香酸からなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記カルボン酸が、1,200から1,800ppmの濃度で存在する、請求項4に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記金属含有化合物が、ステアリン酸塩である、請求項2に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記ステアリン酸塩が、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸鉄、ステアリン酸鉛、ステアリン酸リチウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ステアリン酸ナトリウムおよびステアリン酸カリウムからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記リン含有化合物が、次亜リン酸ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 前記ステアリン酸塩が、ジステアリン酸アルミニウムである、請求項7に記載のポリアミド。
- 40から50の範囲でRVを有する、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 請求項1に記載の低リンポリアミドを含む物品。
- ナイロン6,6である、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 製造および加工の間にプレートアウトおよび析出物の減少を示す、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- 触媒量の前記リン含有化合物の存在により生成速度が増加されることを示す、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
- ガラス繊維、ワックス、鉱物、炭素繊維、連鎖停止剤、粘度調整剤、可塑剤、熱安定剤、UV安定剤、着色剤、耐衝撃性調整剤、難燃剤、艶消し剤、充填剤、抗微生物剤、静電防止剤および光学的増白剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリアミド。
