Claims (7)
- 第1流体と第2流体との間で熱交換が行われる熱交換器であって、
積層される複数のチューブと、
前記チューブの内部に形成されて流路方向に延在し、第1流体が流通する複数の第1流路と、
隣り合う前記チューブの間に形成されて第2流体が流通する複数の第2流路と、
前記第2流路に対して前記流路方向に直交する流路幅方向に並ぶように配置され、前記第2流路に第2流体を流入させる第2流体入口と、を備え、
前記チューブは、
前記流路幅方向に延在して前記第1流路に第1流体が流入する端部である上流辺部と、
前記第2流路に突出して前記第2流体入口から離れるほど前記上流辺部に近づくように延在する斜めガイドと、
前記第2流路に突出して前記流路方向に延在する縦ガイドと、を有し、
隣り合う前記チューブから互いに対向して突出する対の前記斜めガイドは、前記第2流路において前記縦ガイドの上流側に間隙を形成する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器であって、
複数の前記縦ガイドの上流端は、前記第2流体入口から離れるほど前記上流辺部に近づくように並ぶ、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記第2流体入口は、前記流路幅方向に延びる第2流体入口中心線を中心として形成され、
前記斜めガイドの前記第2流体入口に対向する上流端は、前記流路方向について前記第2流体入口中心線と、前記第2流体入口に最も近い位置に設けられる前記縦ガイドの上流端と、の間に配置される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記チューブは、前記第2流路に突出して前記第2流体入口から離れるほど前記上流辺部に近づくように延在する上流側斜めガイドをさらに備え、
前記上流側斜めガイドは前記上流辺部と前記斜めガイドとの間に配置される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項4に記載の熱交換器であって、
前記上流側斜めガイドの前記流路幅方向に対する傾斜角度は、前記斜めガイドの傾斜角度より大きい、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記斜めガイドは、前記チューブの前記第2流路に面する流路面から隆起し、かつ前記第1流路に面する流路面に窪むディンプルである、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の熱交換器であって、
前記チューブの積層方向について前記第2流路の流路高さに対する前記間隙の寸法比率は、0.05以上0.43以下の範囲に設定される、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
