Claims (3)
- タイヤ全体を熱分解する方法であって、前記タイヤは400℃乃至950℃の温度に加熱されて熱分解して、熱分解ガスと、前記熱分解ガスとともに発生する鉱油蒸気と同様に固体炭素を生産し、前記熱分解ガスの冷却で前記鉱油が分離され、前記熱分解に必要とされる熱は前記熱分解ガスの燃焼で得られる煙道ガスによって供給され、前記熱分解および燃焼の間に得られる硫黄酸化物は前記煙道ガスから除去される方法において、前記タイヤは、初期温度が600℃乃至950℃で濃度15%乃至40%の水蒸気を含有する、当該タイヤに向かって流れて当該タイヤの動きに対して逆流となる煙道ガスにより直接的に加熱され、同時に熱分解ガスを得て、この熱分解ガスを150℃乃至300℃の温度へ冷却し、当該冷却後にこの熱分解ガスを二つの流れへと分け、その一方はさらに、含まれている前記鉱油が凝縮する80℃乃至100℃の温度へと冷却され、その後、他方の冷却されていない熱分解ガスの流れと混合され、これで得られた熱分解ガスは前記煙道ガスへと燃焼させられ、この高温の煙道ガスの一部のみが前記熱分解に用いられ、残った方は、冷却後に硫黄酸化物が除去されて大気中へ放出され、得られた固体炭素がゴム産業での利用に適したカーボンブラックに相当することを特徴とする方法。
- 水平加熱炉チャネルとして形成されたパイロライザーを具え、ここにはタイヤを積載する可動式のトロリーと、このトロリーに連結されて、前記パイロライザーを加熱および熱分解ゾーンとカーボンブラックの冷却用のゾーンとに分離するスクリーンとがある、タイヤ全体を熱分解する設備であって、さらに、熱分解ガスを燃焼させるバーナーと、煙道ガスから硫黄酸化物を除去するユニットと、鉱油を分離する凝縮ユニットとを具える設備において、前記パイロライザー(2)が熱的に隔離されており、前記トロリー(1)が垂直のパーティション(50)を有し、前記トロリーはレール上に配置され、前記パイロライザーの壁に密着されており、前記パイロライザーの両側に、ガスを供給および排出するチャネル(4、5、6、8、9、10、11および57)と前記パイロライザー(2)を通ってガスの向流移動を実現するためのチャネル(7)が設置され、全てのチャネルが、パイロライザーの壁側に均等に配置された穴を介して前記パイロライザー(2)に接続され、また小型の壁(3)が前記トロリー(1)の長さ以上でこれらの壁に形成され、これらの対向する小型の壁(3)と前記垂直な壁(50)によって分離ゾーンが形成され、これが前記パイロライザー(2)を加熱および熱分解ゾーン(59)と、前記カーボンブラックの冷却用のゾーン(60)、同様に予熱ゾーン(58)と、エアーを吹き込むゾーン(61)と、前記カーボンブラックを分離するゾーン(62)とに分離しており、前記チャネル(4)は、冷却された煙道ガスを排出するよう排気管(63)に接続されており;前記チャネル(5)は、前記ゾーン(58)への煙道ガスを供給するよう、前記カーボンブラックの冷却用のゾーン(60)から煙道ガスを排出する前記チャネル(10)に接続され、前記チャネル(9)は、前記カーボンブラックの冷却用のゾーン(60)へ煙道ガスを供給するよう、ガスダクトを通して前記排気管(63)に接続され、噴霧器で終端している水供給パイプライン(64)もまた、そのガスダクトに接続され、前記チャネル(6)は、前記熱分解ガス用であり、熱分解ガスバルブ(31)が設けられたガスパイプラインを通してバーナーを具える燃焼室(33)に接続され、前記熱分解ガスバルブの両側に、直接冷却器(29)と熱交換器(24)を具える鉱油を分離する凝縮ユニットが接続され、バーナーを具える前記燃焼室(33)はボイラー(34)に直接接続され、ボイラー(34)の一方は、パイロライザー(2)に熱ガスを供給するチャネル(8)および接触エコノマイザー(42)に接続され、前記接触エコノマイザー(42)はまた、前記煙道ガスから硫黄酸化物を除去する前記ユニット(47)に接続されており、さらにこれが、前記排気管(63)に接続されており、また、空気加湿器(40)が設けられており、これは第1のファン(39)から前記バーナーを具える燃焼室(33)および前記接触エコノマイザー(42)に接続されており、前記エアーを吹き込むためのゾーン(61)は、前記エアー供給チャネル(11)を通して第2のエアーファン(15)に接続され、他方で、このゾーンはエアーの排出用のチャネル(57)に接続されさらにまた、前記排気管(63)に接続されていることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項2に記載の設備において、前記トロリー(1)はフロア(12)と垂直のパーティション(50)に接続された形状を具え、前記垂直のパーティション(50)は前記パイロライザー(2)の断面に沿うように形成され、「ヒンジ」によって接続されタイバーによって固定されるプレート(51)によって前記パイロライザーの壁に密着され、各トロリー(1)は車輪(52)を具え、前記トロリー(1)に積載された前記タイヤ(49)の直径方向の水平軸は、前記パイロライザー(2)の軸に対して概ね垂直であり、前記タイヤ(49)は、好適には延伸した金属板で作成されベアラー(53)によって固定された支柱(54)に支持されていることを特徴とする設備。
