Description
このヘマトクリット値に関して特許文献1には以下の記載がある。「・・・透析患者の血液のヘマトクリット値Htがヘマトクリット検出装置72からの信号に基づいて読み込まれる。次いで、前記血圧測定起動手段84に対応するSA4では、実際のヘマトクリット値Htが予め設定された判断基準値A%を上回る状態、すなわち透析患者の血漿量が所定の判断基準値(100−A)%を下回る状態であるか否かが判断される。」(特許文献1の段落番号0022参照)
「上記SA4の判断が否定された場合は本ルーチンが終了させられるが、肯定された場合には、上記手動起動操作時と同様にSA5以下が実行されることにより、透析患者の血液測定作動が、ヘマトクリット値Htの上昇に関連して自動的に開始される。」(特許文献1の段落番号0023参照)
「上述のように本実施例によれば、ヘマトクリット検出装置72により連続的に検出されたヘマトクリット値Htが予め設定された判断基準値Aを超えると、血圧測定起動手段84(SA4)により血圧測定手段80(SA9)の血圧測定動作が自動的に開始させられることから、透析患者の循環血漿量の低下に関連して速やかに透析患者の血圧値を測定することができるので、その透析患者の血圧低下に対する処置を速やかに行うことができるようになる」(特許文献1の段落番号0024参照)との技術的効果を、特許文献1記載の自動血圧測定装置は奏することができる。
請求項1は、体液を採取する体液採取装置に希釈液を導入する希釈液流通路に設けられた第1光学センサと、前記体液採取装置によって採取された体液と前記希釈液とを混合してなる希釈体液を生体測定センサに導入する希釈体液流通路に設けられるとともに前記第1光学センサと近接配置された第2光学センサと、前記第1光学センサと前記第2光学センサとから出力されるそれぞれの検出データに基づいて希釈液で体液を希釈する際の希釈倍率の変動が閾値範囲内にあることを判断する演算手段と、を備えることを特徴とするモニター装置であり、
請求項2は、請求項1記載のモニター装置を含む生体測定装置であり、
請求項3は、前記請求項1に記載のモニター装置における希釈液流通路の第1光学センサより下流側に第1流路切換え手段を介して設けられた希釈液供給路と、この希釈液供給路により供給された希釈液で標準液を希釈して希釈標準液を調製する標準液希釈部と、前記モニター装置における希釈体液流通路の第2光学センサより上流側に第2流路切換え手段を介して設けられ、前記標準液希釈部で調製された希釈標準液を前記希釈体液流通路に導出する希釈標準液導出路とを備えてなる希釈標準液供給部を備えてなる前記請求項2に記載の生体測定装置であり、
請求項4は、前記生体測定装置が人工膵臓装置である前記請求項2又は3に記載の生体測定装置である。

なお、Vb0(t)及びVs0(t)それぞれは、その測定開始後時間tが経過したときの、第1光学センサ及び第2光学センサにおける発光素子の出力をゼロにしたときの受光素子における出力である。この出力は外乱を示す。Vb0(t)及びVs0(t)を差し引くことにより、Beerの法則の条件成立を阻む外光の影響を相殺することができる。

Claims (4)
- 体液を採取する体液採取装置に希釈液を導入する希釈液流通路に設けられた第1光学センサと、前記体液採取装置によって採取された体液と前記希釈液とを混合してなる希釈体液を生体測定センサに導入する希釈体液流通路に設けられるとともに前記第1光学センサと近接配置された第2光学センサと、前記第1光学センサと前記第2光学センサとから出力されるそれぞれの検出データに基づいて希釈液で体液を希釈する際の希釈倍率の変動が閾値範囲内にあることを判断する演算手段と、を備えることを特徴とするモニター装置。
- 請求項1記載のモニター装置を含む生体測定装置。
- 前記請求項1に記載のモニター装置における希釈液流通路の第1光学センサより下流側に第1流路切換え手段を介して設けられた希釈液供給路と、この希釈液供給路により供給された希釈液で標準液を希釈して希釈標準液を調製する標準液希釈部と、前記モニター装置における希釈体液流通路の第2光学センサより上流側に第2流路切換え手段を介して設けられ、前記標準液希釈部で調製された希釈標準液を前記希釈体液流通路に導出する希釈標準液導出路とを備えてなる希釈標準液供給部を備えてなる前記請求項2に記載の生体測定装置。
- 前記生体測定装置が人工膵臓装置である前記請求項2又は3に記載の生体測定装置。
