Claims (1)
- 光電子増倍管を用いた検出器と、
前記光電子増倍管の感度を調整する感度調整手段と、
当該感度調整手段の感度調整値を予め複数記憶する記憶手段と、
を備えた自動分析装置であって、
測定対象の濃度範囲に対応して前記複数の感度調整値が前記記憶手段に記憶されており、
測定対象に応じて、前記記憶手段に記憶された複数の感度調整値を切り替える切り替え手段を備え、
前記感度調整手段の感度を、発光の最大値が前記光電子増倍管の飽和値より低いレベルに設定し、
当該感度での発光の最大値に基づいて前記感度調整手段の感度を決定し、
当該感度で測定された特徴量に基づいて、測定対象の濃度を決定することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
