Description
Claims (8)
- 車両用粒状面内装部品を製造する方法であって、
滑らかな又は予め粒状面にされたフィルムが表面構造を有する型内に設置され、
発泡支持材料を導入してフィルムインサート成形し、
後に前記発泡支持材料が硬化され、
前記フィルムは微細な粒状構造により予め構成され、
前記表面構造は前記微細な粒状構造よりも粗い粒状構造を有し、
支持材料を導入する前記フィルムインサート成形が行われている間に、前記粗い粒状構造が熱的作用によって追加的に前記フィルムに付与される方法。 - 前記フィルムは設置される前に3次元に成形される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は前記型内に溶融物として導入される、請求項1又は2の一つに記載の方法。
- 前記溶融物は、推進流体、好ましくは、推進ガス、さらに好ましくはCO2及び/又はN2ガスにより充填される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記充填が、圧力下において行われる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は、前記型内において膨張する、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムからできるだけ離れた点が、導入する点として選ばれる、請求項1ないし6の一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし7の一つに記載された方法で製造される車両用内装部品。
