Claims (9)
- 種々の材料品質および/または厚さを有する少なくとも2つのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)が、長手方向縁部に沿って連続プロセスで互いに溶接される構成の注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)の製造方法において、溶接すべきシート状金属ストリップとして、未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)が使用されること、および溶接により未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)から形成された注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)が次にコーティングされ、前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップの顕微鏡組織を均質化するため、前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)は、その全幅に亘って一時的に加熱され、前記一時的加熱は、注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)のコーティング時の熱処理中に行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 種々の材料品質および/または厚さを有する少なくとも2つのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)が、長手方向縁部に沿って連続プロセスで互いに溶接される構成の注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)の製造方法において、溶接すべきシート状金属ストリップとして、未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)が使用されること、および溶接により未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)から形成された注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)が次にコーティングされ、前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップの顕微鏡組織を均質化するため、前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)は、そのシート状金属ストリップのうちの一方のシート状金属ストリップの幅に亘って一時的に加熱され、前記一時的加熱は、注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)のコーティング時の熱処理中に行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12)のそれぞれの溶接シーム(13)が、注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12、12’)のコーティング時の熱処理に加えて、そのコーティング前の再加熱により局部的熱処理を受けることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記一時的加熱プロセスは、種々の材料品質および/または厚さを有するシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)の溶接の直後に連続プロセスで行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12)は一時的加熱およびコーティングの後に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12)は、100℃未満の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12)は、80℃未満の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 溶接の結果として未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)から形成された注文仕様のシート状金属ストリップ(12)は、高温亜鉛めっきプロセス、電解亜鉛めっきプロセスまたは溶融アルミナイジングプロセスにより両面がコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶接により未コーティングのシート状金属ストリップ(1、2)から形成されたシート状金属ストリップ(12)は、その一面または両面が保護ラッカーまたは防錆オイルでコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
