Claims (7)
- エンジンの排気系を形成する排気管の内部に設けられた加熱対象物を加熱する化学蓄熱装置において、
前記排気管の周囲に配置され、反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる蓄熱材を格納する反応器と、
前記反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、
前記反応器と前記貯蔵器とを接続し、前記反応器と前記貯蔵器との間で反応媒体を移動させるための接続管と、を備え、
前記蓄熱材には、前記蓄熱材よりも熱伝導率の高いシート状の高熱伝導部材が含まれており、
前記高熱伝導部材は、折り曲げられることにより形成された複数の屈曲部のそれぞれが、前記接続管が接続される前記反応器の外周面側又は前記排気管に接触する前記反応器の内周面側に位置するように配置され、前記外周面側から前記内周面側に延びる複数の熱伝導面を形成していると共に、前記排気管の外周面と略平行な平坦面を形成している、化学蓄熱装置。 - 前記平坦面は、前記内周面側に位置する前記屈曲部に隣接して設けられる、請求項1に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記高熱伝導部材の前記屈曲部は、前記蓄熱材から露出している、請求項1又は2に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記高熱伝導部材の前記屈曲部のうち前記内周面側に位置する前記屈曲部が、前記蓄熱材から露出している、請求項3に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記高熱伝導部材の前記熱伝導面には、前記反応媒体を導通させるための孔部が形成されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記高熱伝導部材は、グラファイトシートである、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記蓄熱材には、カーボンファイバーが更に含有されている、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
