Claims (2)
- オイルパンに貯蔵されたオイルを吸入流路を通じて供給を受け、前記オイルを低圧の油圧に生成し、前記低圧の油圧を低圧流路を通じて低圧部に供給する低圧用オイルポンプと、前記低圧の油圧の一部を高圧に昇圧させて高圧流路を通じて高圧部に供給する高圧用オイルポンプを含む車両用自動変速機の油圧供給システムにおいて、
第1ソレノイドバルブの制御圧によって制御されながら前記低圧流路を通じて供給される油圧の一部を第1再循環流路を通じて前記吸入流路に再循環させながら油圧を調節する低圧用レギュレーターバルブと、
第2ソレノイドバルブの制御圧によって制御されながら前記高圧流路を通じて供給される油圧の一部を第2再循環流路を通じて前記低圧流路に再循環させながら油圧を調節する高圧用レギュレーターバルブと、
前記第2再循環流路上に配置されるオリフィスと、
前記低圧用オイルポンプを駆動する低圧用電動モータと、
前記高圧用オイルポンプを駆動する高圧用電動モータと、
前記第2再循環流路上に配置されて油圧を検出する圧力センサーと、
前記圧力センサーから検出される情報によって前記低圧用オイルポンプを駆動する前記低圧用電動モータと、前記高圧用オイルポンプを駆動する前記高圧用電動モータを制御するトランスミッション制御ユニットと、
を含み、
前記圧力センサーによって検出された圧力が前記低圧部の目標油圧より小さければ前記低圧用電動モータおよび前記高圧用電動モータの回転数を高めるように制御し、前記圧力センサーによって検出された圧力が前記低圧部の目標油圧と同一であれば前記低圧用電動モータおよび前記高圧用電動モータの回転数を維持するように制御し、前記圧力センサーによって検出された圧力が前記低圧部の目標油圧に余裕圧力を加えた値と同一であれば、前記高圧用電動モータの回転数を維持するように制御し、前記圧力センサーによって検出された圧力が前記低圧部の目標油圧に余裕圧力を加えた値より大きければ、前記高圧用電動モータの回転数を低めるように制御すること特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧供給システム。
- 前記圧力センサーは、前記オリフィスと前記高圧用レギュレーターバルブの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機の油圧供給システム。
