Description
a)ブランクを用意する工程と、
b)上記ブランクを少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャックに固定する工程と、
c)上記ブランクをスピニング成形によって容器構造のドーム部に変形加工する工程と、
d)上記ブランクの縁を、上記ブランクの縁に作用するスプリットローラを用いた裂開加工によって、上記ドーム部につながる分岐部と、容器構造の、該分岐部につながる基本的に放射状に延びる2つの円筒部とに変形加工する工程と、
e)上記容器構造の、上記分岐部につながる基本的に放射状に延びる2つの円筒部を、フローターニング(flow turning)加工またはフロープレス加工および/もしくはスピニング(spinning)加工し、上記容器構造の、軸方向に延びる2つの円筒部にする工程と、
f)少なくとも1つまたは2つの追加の容器構造を工程a)からe)に従って形成する工程と、
g)隣接した対向する上記容器構造を接合して容器にする工程と、を含む方法、あるいは、
a)ブランクを用意する工程と、
b)上記ブランクを少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャックに固定する工程と、
c)上記ブランクの縁を、上記ブランクの縁に作用するスプリットローラを用いた裂開加工によって、分岐部と、容器構造の、該分岐部につながる基本的に放射状に延びる2つの円筒部とに変形加工する工程と、
d)上記ブランクを、スピニング成形によって、容器構造の、上記分岐部につながるドーム部に変形加工する工程と、
e)上記容器構造の、上記分岐部につながる基本的に放射状に延びる2つの円筒部を、フローターニング加工またはフロープレス加工および/もしくはスピニング加工し、工程c)またはd)に係る容器構造の、軸方向に延びる2つの円筒部にする工程と、
f)少なくとも1つまたは2つの追加の容器構造を工程a)からe)に従って形成する工程と、
g)隣接した対向する上記容器構造を接合して容器にする工程と、を含む方法によって、本発明は、特に有益であることが分かる方法を、本発明に係る容器に関連して説明した利点に加えて、提案する。その結果、本発明に係る方法によって、特に簡単でコンパクトで安定性のある設計かつ低重量の容器の製造が可能である。さらに、本発明に係る方法は、非常に有益な形では、随意にいつでも容易に標準化することもできる非常に少ない個別の構成要素のみからなる容器を提供する。これに関連して、構造補強材としても同時に用いることができる種々の幾何学的断面形状を、容器構造に作成することも可能である。さらに、特別の利点として、本発明に係る方法は、一方では、より少ない形成工程によって容器を接合できる点で、他方では、材料の反りおよび脆弱化(溶接品質要因)につながり得る溶接またはその他の接合手段が回避されるという点で、抜きんでている。このことは、本発明に係る方法によって製造された容器が特に高い強度および剛性を有する理由の1つでもある。最後に、本発明に係る方法を適用することによる本発明に係る容器の製造は、特に簡単であり、工数と時間がほとんどかからないため、費用効果が特に高い。

Claims (12)
- 極低温流体を収容および貯蔵するための容器であって、少なくとも1つのチャンバ(16)を備えた該容器(10)の内部空間(14)を形成するケーシング(12)を備えるか、または、ケーシング(12)と該容器(10)の内部空間(14)を互いに隣接する少なくとも2つのチャンバ(16,16’)に隔てる少なくとも1つの隔壁(18)とを備える容器、を製造するための方法であって、
a)ブランク(32,32’)を用意する工程と、
b)前記ブランク(32,32’)を少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャック(34,38,42)に固定する工程と、
c)前記ブランク(32,32’)をスピニング成形によって容器構造(20)のドーム部(22)に変形加工する工程と、
d)前記ブランク(32,32’)の縁(40,40’)を、前記ブランク(32,32’)の前記縁(40,40’)に作用するスプリットローラを用いた裂開加工によって、前記ドーム部(22)につながる分岐部(24)と、前記容器構造(20)の、前記分岐部(24)につながる放射状に延びる2つの円筒部(26’,28’)とに変形加工する工程と、
e)前記容器構造(20)の、前記分岐部(24)につながる前記放射状に延びる2つの円筒部(26’,28’)を、フローターニング加工またはフロープレス加工および/もしくはスピニング加工し、前記容器構造(20)の、軸方向に延びる2つの円筒部(26,28)にする工程と、
f)少なくとも1つまたは2つの追加の容器構造(20’,20’’)を工程a)からe)に従って形成する工程と、
g)隣接した対向する前記容器構造(20,20’,20’,20’’)を接合して容器(10)にする工程と、を含む方法。 - 極低温流体を収容および貯蔵するための容器であって、少なくとも1つのチャンバ(16)を備えた該容器(10)の内部空間(14)を形成するケーシング(12)を備えるか、または、ケーシング(12)と該容器(10)の内部空間(14)を互いに隣接する少なくとも2つのチャンバ(16,16’)に隔てる少なくとも1つの隔壁(18)とを備える容器、を製造するための方法であって、
a)ブランク(32,32’)を用意する工程と、
b)前記ブランク(32,32’)を少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャック(34,28,42)に固定する工程と、
c)前記ブランク(32,32’)の縁(40,40’)を、前記ブランク(32,32’)の前記縁(40,40’)に作用するスプリットローラを用いた裂開加工によって、分岐部(24)と、前記容器構造(20)の、前記分岐部につながる放射状に延びる2つの円筒部(26’,28’)とに変形加工する工程と、
d)前記ブランク(32,32’)を、スピニング成形によって、前記容器構造(20)の、前記分岐部(24)につながるドーム部(22)に変形加工する工程と、
e)前記容器構造(20)の、前記分岐部(24)につながる前記放射状に延びる2つの円筒部(26’,28’)を、フローターニング加工またはフロープレス加工および/もしくはスピニング加工し、工程c)またはd)に係る前記容器構造(20)の、軸方向に延びる2つの円筒部(26,28)にする工程と、
f)少なくとも1つまたは2つの追加の容器構造(20’,20’’)を工程a)からe)に従って形成する工程と、
g)隣接した対向する前記容器構造(20,20’,20’,20’’)を接合して容器(10)にする工程と、を含む方法。 - 工程a)において用意される前記ブランク(32,32’)が、扁平、平面状、あるいは円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(32,32’)が、切削により、機械加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(32,32’)が、機械加工により、輪郭加工または事前輪郭加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(32,32’)および/または前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)が、前記少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャック(34)と、前記少なくとも1つの支持構造もしくはスピンチャック(34)と共に作用する別の支持構造もしくはスピンチャック(38,42)とに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)の前記ドーム部(22)が、凸状もしくは凹状のスピニング成形またはターニング加工によって成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)の前記分岐部(24)と前記2つの円筒部(26’,28’)とが、前記ブランク(32,32’)の前記縁(40,40’)に作用しかつ円錐形、菱形、もしくは縁の鋭い断面を有するスプリットローラを用いた裂開加工によって成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分岐部(24)につながる、前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)の前記2つの円筒部(26’,28’)が、前記ブランク(32,32’)の前記縁(40,40’)に作用する前記スプリットローラを用いた裂開加工の後で、フローターニング加工および/またはスピニング加工され、前記放射状に延びた状態から、前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)の、軸方向に延びた2つの円筒部(26,28)にされることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに隣接する前記容器構造(20,20’;20’,20’’)が、直接および/または少なくとも1つの他の円筒要素(46,46’)を介して間接に接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(10)の前記容器構造(20,20’,20’’)の前記円筒部(26,28;26’,28’)および/または少なくとも1つの他の円筒要素(46,46’)が、外側および/または内側に配置された補強材(30)によって、補強されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のうちの一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに隣接する前記容器構造(20,20’;20’,20’’)および/または少なくとも1つの他の円筒要素(46,46’)が、一緒に、フローターニング加工および/またはスピニング加工あるいは溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のうちの一項に記載の方法。
