Claims (9)
- 光センサ用のシーリングシステム(20)であって、
略管状の外側構成を有する外側の光学的ハウジング(28)と、
前記外側の光学的ハウジング(28)における内側チャンバ(42)内に配置された内側の光学的ハウジング(26)と、
前記内側の光学的ハウジング(26)と前記外側の光学的ハウジング(28)との間に延びる第1のシール(22)と、
前記内側の光学的ハウジング(26)と前記外側の光学的ハウジング(28)との間に延びかつ前記第1のシール(22)から横方向に分離された第2のシール(24)と、
前記外側の光学的ハウジング(28)を貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの排気口(34)と、
前記内側の光学的ハウジング(26)と前記外側の光学的ハウジング(28)との間にかつ前記内側の光学的ハウジング(26)の周囲に周方向に配置されたマニホールドリング(32)であって、該マニホールドリング(32)を貫通して半径方向外方へ延びる少なくとも1つの漏れポート(44)を有するマニホールドリング(32)と、
少なくとも部分的に前記内側および外側の光学的ハウジング(26,28)の間に配置された漏れマニホールド(30)と、を備え、
前記マニホールドリング(32)は前記漏れマニホールド(30)内に配置されており、
前記マニホールドリング(32)の高圧側表面(58)は、前記第1のシール(22)の側面(62)と接触しており、前記マニホールドリング(32)の低圧側表面(60)は、前記第2のシール(24)の側面(64)と接触しており、
前記マニホールドリング(32)は、前記第1のシール(22)を通って漏れ出た漏れ空気を捕捉し、前記少なくとも1つの排気口(34)を通じてその漏れ空気を排出するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、光センサ用のシーリングシステム(20)。 - 前記漏れマニホールド(30)は、円筒状である、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記マニホールドリング(32)は、一貫した横断面積を有する、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排気口(34)は、複数の孔から形成されている、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排気口(34)は、少なくとも1つのスロットから形成されている、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排気口(34)は、複数のスロットである、請求項5記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記マニホールドリング(32)は、凹面状の内面(54)を有しており、前記マニホールドリング(32)の前記凹面状の内面(54)は、前記マニホールドリング(32)の周囲に周方向に延びている、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記マニホールドリング(32)は、凹面状の外面(56)を有しており、前記マニホールドリング(32)の前記凹面状の外面(56)は、前記マニホールドリング(32)の周囲に周方向に延びている、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの漏れポート(44)は、前記マニホールドリング(32)の中心線(46)に沿って配置されている、請求項1記載のシーリングシステム(20)。
