Description
したがって、薄層においても、低い濃度において使用した際に十分に高い導電性および平滑であり、光学的に魅力的な外観を生じる淡い伝導性の顔料についての必要性が、尚ある。
さらに、本発明の追加的な目的は、前記顔料の使用を示すことにある。
− 任意に1つまたは2つ以上の誘電体層で、および最後に
− 導電性の層で
被覆する、前記方法によって達成される。
相応して、d5値を決定し、それは、測定したすべての顔料粒子の5体積パーセントがこの値より低い粒子サイズを有することを述べる。
本発明に従って、測定量d95/d5の比率は、>5、好ましくは>7であり、15までであり得る。
伝導性を改善するために、顔料を、任意にまた不活性ガス雰囲気下で、または還元雰囲気下で、例えばフォーミングガスの下でか焼することができる。このプロセスは、例えばタングステンをドープした酸化スズの場合において有利である。
本発明を、例を参照して以下に説明し、それは本発明を記載することを意図するが、それらに限定されない。
雲母の製造:
粗製の雲母を、鍋粉砕機中で微細に粉砕し、デカンターの補助によって粒子サイズおよび粒子スペクトルにおいて異なる様々な画分に分類する。極度に微細な構成成分を、微細に分割された雲母画分<15μmから、デカンター中で分離する。
微細に分割されたタルクおよび雲母に基づいた伝導性顔料
Mondo Mineralsからの50gのPlustalk H05 AWおよび上に記載した50gの微細に分割された雲母画分を、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。206gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および47gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
微細に分割されたタルクに基づいた伝導性顔料
Mondo Mineralsからの100gのPlustalk H 05 AWを、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。206gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および47gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。

<25μmの粒子サイズを有する100gの雲母画分を、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。206gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および47gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
タルクおよび雲母に基づいた伝導性顔料

<15μmの粒子サイズを有し、上に記載した極度に微細な構成成分が取り除かれた100gの微細に分割された雲母画分を、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。206gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および47gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
雲母および球状の石英粉末に基づいた顔料
50gの微細に分割された石英粉末(d50 約3μm)および50gの上に記載した微細に分割された雲母画分、<15μmを、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。206gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および47gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
雲母および球状の石英粉末に基づいた顔料
50gの微細に分割された石英粉末(d50 約3μm)および50gの雲母画分、<60μmを、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。146gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および15gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
雲母に基づいた顔料
100gの雲母画分<40μmを、1900mlのDI水に懸濁させ、懸濁液を、塩酸を使用してpH2.1に調整する。146gの50重量%のSnCl4水溶液、67mlのHCl(37重量%)および15gの35重量%のSbCl3水溶液の混合物を、懸濁液中に75℃で撹拌しながら連続的にゆっくり計量する。pHを、水酸化ナトリウム溶液の同時の制御された添加によって一定に保持する。
ラッカーフィルムにおける伝導性の試験:
例および比較例の顔料を、NCラッカー(ニトロセルロースおよびブチルアクリレートを溶媒混合物中に含む結合剤の12%)中に分散させる。PETフィルムを、乾燥フィルムにおいて9μmの乾燥した層厚さおよび35%の顔料質量濃度を有するラッカーフィルムを有するラッカー調製物で被覆する。
可能な限り平滑な表面を有するラッカーフィルムが、必要である。それぞれのラッカーフィルムの粗さを、光学的に評価する。極めて平滑な表面を有する伝導性の顔料を有しないラッカーフィルムを、10として評価する。
Claims (11)
- 誘電性のフレーク形態の基材および該基材を包囲する導電性の層を含む導電性の顔料であって、体積平均粒子サイズd95<25μmを有し、体積平均サイズd5に対する体積平均粒子サイズd95の顔料の比率が5より大きく、基材が天然の雲母フレーク、合成の雲母フレーク、タルクフレーク、カオリンフレーク、絹雲母フレーク、酸化アルミニウムフレーク、二酸化ケイ素フレーク、ガラスフレークまたはそれらの2種もしくは3種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、導電性の顔料。
- 導電性の層が1種または2種以上のドープした金属酸化物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導電性の顔料。
- ドープした金属酸化物が、ガリウム、アルミニウム、インジウム、タリウム、ゲルマニウム、スズ、リン、ヒ素、アンチモン、セレン、テルル、モリブデン、タングステンおよび/またはフッ素でドープした酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、酸化インジウムおよび/または酸化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の導電性の顔料。
- 導電性の層がドープした酸化スズからなることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の導電性の顔料。
- 少なくとも1つの誘電体層がフレーク形態の基材と導電性の層との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性の顔料。
- 体積平均サイズd5に対する体積平均粒子サイズd95の顔料の比率が7より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性の顔料。
- 顔料が体積平均粒子サイズd95<15μmを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の導電性の顔料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の導電性の顔料の製造方法であって、体積平均粒子サイズd95<25μmを有し、かつここで粉末の少なくとも5体積パーセントが<5μmの粒子サイズを有する、天然の雲母フレーク、合成の雲母フレーク、タルクフレーク、カオリンフレーク、絹雲母フレーク、酸化アルミニウムフレーク、二酸化ケイ素フレーク、ガラスフレークまたはそれらの2種もしくは3種以上の混合物である誘電性のフレーク形態の基材を含む粉末を、水性懸濁液中で
− 任意に1つまたは2つ以上の誘電体層で、および最後に
− 導電性の層で
被覆することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 誘電性のフレーク形態の基材を含む粉末を1種または2種以上のドープした金属酸化物を含む導電性の層で被覆することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の導電性の顔料の、塗料、コーティング、印刷インク、プラスチック、塗料組成物、センサー、セキュリティ適用における、レーザーマーキングのための、床仕上げ材、フィルム、配合物、セラミック材料、ガラスまたは紙における使用。
- 導電性の顔料を、25〜60%の範囲内の顔料質量濃度を有する塗料、コーティング、印刷インク、プラスチック、塗料組成物、床仕上げ材、フィルムまたはセラミック材料において使用することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。
