Description
Claims (8)
- ユーザによって装着されるように構成された装着可能な電子デバイスであって、
ハウジングと、
視認可能な光画像を取得するように構成され、前記ハウジングに関連付けられた1つまたは複数の撮像センサと、
前記ユーザにデータを提供するためのデータ報告アクセサリと、
前記1つまたは複数の撮像センサからの画像を管理しおよび処理するための少なくとも1つのマイクロプロセッサと、
を備えた、前記装着可能な電子デバイスと、
提案された血管アクセス部位に隣接して位置する皮下構造の画像を取得するための外部の皮下撮像デバイスと、
前記血管アクセス部位における、患者の静脈の中への挿入のための血管アクセスデバイスと、
を備えた静脈アクセス確認のためのシステムであって、
前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、
前記皮下撮像デバイスによって取得された画像を処理して、前記血管アクセスデバイスの挿入のための好ましい静脈を決定し、
前記血管アクセスデバイスの注入部分のための好ましいサイズを、前記好ましい静脈のサイズに基づいて見積もり、
前記データ報告アクセサリを介して、前記ユーザに前記注入部分のための前記好ましいサイズを報告し、
前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分の実際のサイズを決定するために、前記1つまたは複数の撮像センサから前記血管アクセスデバイスの少なくとも1つの視認可能な光画像を処理し、
前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分の前記決定された実際のサイズが、前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分のために前記見積もられた好ましいサイズとは異なるとき、前記装着可能な電子デバイスの前記ユーザに警報を提供する、
ように構成されたことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記血管アクセスデバイスに関する情報を含む、またはそれと関連付けられた少なくとも1つの識別タグをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの識別タグは、前記血管アクセスデバイスに取り付けられ、または一体に形成されており、前記1つまたは複数の撮像センサは、前記少なくとも1つの識別タグの視認可能な光画像を取得するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの識別タグは、2次元バーコード、3次元バーコード、近距離無線通信デバイス、または光学的な文字認識アルゴリズムにより読み取り可能なテキストを有するラベルを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、前記取得された視認可能な光画像上の前記少なくとも1つの識別タグを識別し、および、前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分の実際のサイズを決定するために、前記少なくとも1つの視認可能な光画像を処理することは、前記少なくとも1つの識別タグから、前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分の前記実際のサイズを含む情報を抽出することを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスは、頭部装着型コンピュータであり、前記データ報告アクセサリは、仮想レイヤを前記ユーザの視野に投影するように構成された投影プリズムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着可能な電子デバイスの前記データ報告アクセサリは、前記ハウジングと一体に形成され又は関連付けられた拡張現実感表示を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記血管アクセスデバイスの前記注入部分のために前記好ましいサイズを前記ユーザに報告することは、前記ユーザが、前記注入部分の前記見積もられた好ましいサイズが前記好ましい静脈に適していると見られるように、前記好ましい静脈の位置と注入部位の位置とを前記拡張現実感表示を介して前記ユーザの視野のフィールド内に投影することを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記好ましい静脈の位置を前記ユーザの視野のフィールド内に投影することは、前記1つまたは複数の撮像センサによって取得された前記視認可能な光画像を処理することによって得られた解剖位置情報の少なくとも一部に基づくことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
