Description
マグネトロンスパッタリング蒸着機(Selcos Cetus−S)を用いて、下記のように透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた多層構造の低放射コーティングを製造した。
実施例1では、最下部バリア層、下部バリア層、及び上部バリア層を形成しない点を除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で窓戸用機能性建材を製造して、透明ガラス基材、第1の誘電体層、第2の誘電体層、第1の低放射保護層、低放射層、第2の低放射保護層、第3の誘電体層、及び第4の誘電体層が積層した窓戸用機能性建材を製造した。
実験例1:耐熱性評価
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材を実験室用box furnace装備を用いて、装備内部の温度を約700℃に維持した状態で、前記サンプルを入れて5分間維持した後にサンプルを取り出した。熱処理の後、光学顕微鏡(X200)を用いて欠陥度合いを観察した。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に対して、恒温恒湿チャンバー(LS産電、EBS−35B)を用いて50℃、90%RH(湿度)の条件下で、耐湿性評価(7日目)をしており、光学顕微鏡(X50)を用いて腐食度合いを観察した。図3は、その結果を光学顕微鏡イメージで撮影して得たイメージである。図3の(a)及び(b)は、それぞれ実施例1及び比較例1に関する。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に対して、実験室用box furnace装備を用いて、装備内部の温度を約700℃に維持した状態で、前記サンプルを入れて5分間維持した後にサンプルを取り出した。その後、洗滌機(MANNA,MGR−460)を用いて耐磨耗性試験を行っており、それによって、裸眼で前記各低放射コーティングの表面にスクラッチが発生したか否かを観察し、前記各低放射コーティングの表面にスクラッチが発生した度合いを比較して機械的耐久性を評価した。図4は、その結果を光学顕微鏡イメージで撮影して得たイメージである。図4の(a)及び(b)は、それぞれ実施例1及び比較例1に関する。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に対して、焼戻し前/後のサンプルをTaber分光光度計(haze−grad plus,BYK Gardner)を用いて可視光線透過率を測定しており、また、色差測定機(KONICA MINOLTA SENSING,Inc.,CM−700d)を用いてCIE1931基準のL*、a*、及びb*値を測定した。

Claims (9)
- 透明ガラス基板及び前記透明ガラス基板の一面に形成された低放射コーティングを含み、
前記低放射コーティングは、最下部バリア層、第1の誘電体層、下部バリア層、第2の誘電体層、第1の低放射保護層、低放射層、第2の低放射保護層、第3の誘電体層、上部バリア層、及び第4の誘電体層を前記透明ガラス基板から順次に積層して含み、
前記最下部バリア層は、第1の金属酸化物または第1の複合金属酸化物を含み、
前記第1の誘電体層、第2の誘電体層、第3の誘電体層、及び第4の誘電体層の各々は、窒化シリコーンアルミニウムを含み、
前記下部バリア層及び前記上部バリア層は、それぞれ第2の金属、第2の複合金属、第2の金属窒化物、第2の複合金属窒化物、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含み、
前記第1の低放射保護層及び第2の低放射保護層の各々はNiCrを含み、
前記最下部バリア層、前記下部バリア層、及び前記上部バリア層の各々は、単層又は多層からなる、
窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第1の金属は、Si、Zr又はTiであり、前記第1の複合金属は、SiAl、ZrSi、又はTiZrである、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第2の金属は、Si、Zr、Ti、Nb、Ni又はCrであり、前記第2の複合金属は、SiAl、ZrSi、TiZr、NiCr、NiTi、NbZr又はNiTiNbである、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記最下部バリア層は、シリコーン酸化物、シリコーンアルミニウム酸化物、ジルコニウム酸化物、ジルコニウムシリコーン酸化物、チタン酸化物、チタンジルコニウム酸化物、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記下部バリア層及び前記上部バリア層は、それぞれジルコニウム窒化物、ジルコニウムシリコーン窒化物、チタン窒化物、チタンジルコニウム窒化物、ニオビウム窒化物、ニッケル窒化物、クロム窒化物、ニッケルクロム窒化物、ニッケルチタン窒化物、ニオビウムジルコニウム窒化物、ニッケルチタンニオビウム窒化物、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射層は、Ag、Au、Cu、Al、Pt、イオンドーピング金属酸化物、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射層は、放射率が0.01〜0.3である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射保護層は、可視光線領域の消衰係数が1.5〜 3.5である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記透明ガラス基板は、80%〜100%の可視光線透過率を有するガラス又は透明プラスチック基板である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。
