図1は、本発明の分離装置の第1実施形態を備えるシート製造装置を示す概略側面図である。図2は、図1に示すシート製造装置のブロック図である。図3は、図1に示す分離装置の斜視図である。図4は、図3に示す分離装置の平面図である。図5~図7は、図2に示す制御部が行う制御動作を説明するためのフローチャートである。
原料供給部11は、粗砕部12に原料M1を供給する原料供給工程を行なう部分である。この原料M1としては、セルロース繊維を含む繊維含有物からなるシート状材料である。なお、セルロース繊維とは、化合物としてのセルロースを主成分とし繊維状をなすものであればよく、セルロースの他に、ヘミセルロース、リグニンを含むものであってもよい。また、原料M1は、織布、不織布等、形態は問わない。また、原料M1は、例えば、古紙を解繊して再生、製造されたリサイクルペーパーや、合成紙のユポ紙(登録商標)であってもよいし、リサイクルペーパーでなくてもよい。また、本実施形態では、原料M1は、使用済みまたは不要となった古紙である。
図1~図3に示すように、分離装置1は、メッシュ31を有する回転部材3と、メッシュ31上に解繊物M3を空気とともに噴出して供給する供給部である第1噴出部4と、メッシュ31上の解繊物M3の一部を吸引する第1吸引部5と、吸引されて生成された解繊物M4に空気を噴出する第2噴出部6と、解繊物M4を吸引して回収する第2吸引部7と、モーター33と、異物の混入量を検出する検出部34と、を有する。なお、第1噴出部4と第1吸引部5とが分離部10を構成する。また、回転部材3と第2噴出部6と第2吸引部7とが、第1面311上に残余した材料である解繊物M4を回収する回収部を構成する。
Claims (5)
- 表裏関係にある第1面および第2面を有するメッシュと、
前記メッシュを回転方向に回転させる駆動部と、
前記第1面に繊維を含む材料を堆積させる第1噴出口を有する第1噴出部と、
平面視にて、前記第1噴出口と少なくとも一部が重なるように、前記第1面から前記第
2面に向けて吸引する第1吸引口を有する第1吸引部と、
を有する分離部と、
平面視にて、前記第1噴出口と異なる位置に設けられ、前記第2面から前記第1面に向
けて吸引する第2吸引口を有する第2吸引部と、
前記第1噴出口から噴出された前記材料に含まれている異物の量を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部の検出結果を入力する入力部と、
前記入力部に入力された前記検出結果に基づいて前記分離部における分離条件を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記第1吸引部は前記メッシュを通過した前記異物を吸引し、
前記検出部は、前記第1噴出部よりも前記回転方向の前方に設けられており、
前記第2吸引部は前記検出部よりも前記回転方向の前方に設けられていることを特徴とする分離装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記駆動部の作動を制御して前記メッシュの回転速度を調整する請求項
1に記載の分離装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1吸引部の作動を制御して前記第1吸引部の吸引力を調整する請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1噴出部の作動を制御して前記材料の供給量を調整する請求項1
に記載の分離装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記第1面上に供給された前記材料の白色度を光学的に検出する光学セ
ンサーを有する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
