Claims (11)
- 追跡されるマーカー装置であって、前記マーカー装置は、
ケーシングと、
外部の磁気トルクが磁性体に作用している場合、平衡方向から回転され得るように前記ケーシング内に配置される磁性体と、
前記外部の磁気トルクによって励起される前記磁性体の回転振動を可能にするため、前記外部の磁気トルクが前記磁性体を前記平衡方向から回転させている場合、前記磁性体を前記平衡方向に強制的に戻すように復元トルクを提供するように構成される復元トルクユニットと
を有する、マーカー装置。 - 前記復元トルクユニットは、前記復元トルクを提供するためのねじりばね機構及び/又は他の磁性体を有する、請求項1に記載のマーカー装置。

- 前記マーカー装置は、i)少なくとも100のQファクタ、ii)少なくとも0.5μAm2の動的双極子モーメント、及びiii)少なくとも100Hzの共振周波数からなるリストの少なくとも1つの条件を満たすように構成される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のマーカー装置。
- セットの各マーカー装置は放射線不透過性材料を有し、少なくとも2つの前記マーカー装置の前記放射線不透過性材料及び前記共振周波数は互いに異なる、請求項3又は4に記載のいくつかのマーカー装置のセット。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のマーカー装置を追跡する追跡システムは、
-a)前記マーカー装置の前記磁性体をそれの平衡方向から回転させて、それによって共振周波数で振動するように前記磁性体の回転振動を励起するように磁気トルクを提供する磁場を生成し、b)前記磁性体の前記回転振動によって引き起こされる誘導信号を生成するように構成される励起及び誘導信号ユニットと、
-前記生成される前記誘導信号に基づいて前記追跡システムに対する前記マーカー装置の位置及び方向を決定するように構成される位置決定ユニットと
を有する、追跡システム。 - 前記位置決定ユニットは、前記誘導信号に基づいて前記マーカー装置の前記方向を決定するようにも構成される、請求項6に記載の追跡システム。
- 前記追跡システムは、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のいくつかのマーカー装置の位置を決定するように構成されており、前記いくつかのマーカー装置の前記磁性体は、異なるマーカー装置の前記誘導信号が異なる周波数を有するように異なる共振周波数で回転振動可能であり、前記位置決定ユニットは、前記異なる周波数を有する前記生成される誘導信号に基づいて前記マーカー装置の前記位置を決定するように構成される、請求項6又は7に記載の追跡システム。
- 前記マーカー装置は被検体内に配置され、前記位置決定ユニットは、前記マーカー装置の位置に最も近い前記被検体の表面上の位置である前記被検体の前記表面上の最も近い前記位置、及び/又は所定の方向における前記被検体の前記表面上の前記マーカー装置の前記位置の投影を決定するように構成される、請求項6乃至8の何れか一項に記載の追跡システム。
- 外科処置中に誘導する誘導システムであって、前記誘導システムは、
-請求項6乃至9の何れか一項に記載のマーカー装置の位置を追跡する追跡システムであって、前記マーカー装置は請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載され、追跡される物体に取り付けられるマーカー装置である、追跡システムと、
-前記追跡される位置を出力する出力ユニットと
を備える、誘導システム。 - 前記誘導システムは、前記外科処置が適用される被検体の画像を生成するように構成される撮像システムをさらに備え、前記追跡システムは前記撮像システムにレジストレーションされ、前記出力ユニットは少なくとも前記追跡される位置を前記被検体の画像にオーバレイするように構成される、請求項10に記載の誘導システム。
