Description
各導体層19,20は、第一方向D1から見て、スルーホール導体21~28のいずれかと重なっている。各スルーホール導体21,22,25,26は、1つの導体層19及び3つの導体層20によって5つの導体部分が接続されて構成されている。スルーホール導体23,24,27,28は、3つの導体層20によって4つの導体部分が接続されて構成されている。
Claims (4)
- 複数の絶縁体層が第一方向において積層されてなり、前記第一方向に直交する第二方向で互いに対向している一対の端面を有している素体と、
前記素体内に配置されており、前記第二方向に沿うコイル軸をそれぞれ有している第一コイル及び第二コイルと、
前記一対の端面に配置されており、前記第一コイル及び前記第二コイルの両端と電気的に接続されている一対の外部電極と、
前記第一方向において積層され、前記第一コイル及び前記第二コイルと前記外部電極とを電気的に接続している複数の第五導体層と、を備え、
前記第一コイルは、第一導体層と、第二導体層と、前記第一方向に延在し、前記第一導体層と前記第二導体層とを接続している第一スルーホール導体と、を有し、
前記第二コイルは、第三導体層と、第四導体層と、前記第一方向に延在し、前記第三導体層と前記第四導体層とを接続している第二スルーホール導体と、を有し、
前記第一コイルの前記コイル軸は、前記第二コイルの内側に配置されており、
前記第一導体層及び前記第三導体層は、前記第一方向において互いに離間していると共に、前記第一方向から見て互いに交差しており、
各前記第五導体層の厚さは、前記第一導体層の厚さ、前記第二導体層の厚さ、前記第三導体層の厚さ、及び、前記第四導体層の厚さよりも薄く、
前記複数の第五導体層は、前記第一方向において前記第一導体層と前記第二導体層との間に配置されていると共に、前記第一方向において前記第三導体層と前記第四導体層との間に配置されており、
前記第一コイルは、前記第一方向において前記第一導体層と前記第二導体層との間に配置され、前記第一コイルの一端をなす第六導体層を更に有しており、
前記複数の第五導体層は、前記第一方向において前記第六導体層と前記第二導体層との間に配置されている、
