Description
Claims (14)
- ユーザを監視するためのシステムであって、
前記ユーザ上に配設されるように構成され、配置されたセンサー・ユニットであって、前記センサー・ユニットが加速度計と通信構成とを備える、センサー・ユニットと、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサと
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、
前記センサー・ユニットの前記加速度計から信号を受信することと、
前記信号から歩数を決定することと、
前記信号から歩行速度を決定することと、
前記信号から歩幅を決定することと、
前記信号から前記ユーザの姿勢を決定することであって、前記ユーザの姿勢を決定することは前記ユーザの上部胴体の屈曲角の1つ又は複数の測定を行うことを含み、
前記歩数と前記歩行速度と前記歩幅と前記姿勢とに応じて歩行姿勢指数を決定することと
を含む行為を実行するために構成され、配置された、ユーザを監視するためのシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記センサー・ユニット中に配設されたセンサー・プロセッサを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ディスプレイと、前記センサー・ユニットとの通信のために構成された通信構成とを備える患者デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記センサー・ユニット中に配設されたセンサー・プロセッサと、前記患者デバイス中に配設された患者デバイス・プロセッサとを備え、前記行為が、前記患者デバイスの前記ディスプレイ上に前記歩行姿勢指数を表示することをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- ディスプレイと、前記センサー・ユニットとの通信のために構成された通信構成とを備える臨床医デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記センサー・ユニット中に配設されたセンサー・プロセッサと、前記臨床医デバイス中に配設された臨床医デバイス・プロセッサとを備え、前記行為が、前記臨床医デバイスの前記ディスプレイ上に前記歩行姿勢指数を表示することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記歩行姿勢指数を決定することが、測定値を使用して、前記歩数と前記歩行速度と前記歩幅と前記姿勢との各々についてのスコアを決定することと、前記歩行姿勢指数を得るために前記スコアを組み合わせることとを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スコアを組み合わせることが、前記スコアを重み付けすることと、前記歩行姿勢指数を決定するために、前記重み付けされたスコアを一緒に加算することとを含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記スコアを決定することが、前記測定値についての最小値と最大値との間の前記測定値の位置を決定することによって前記測定値のうちの1つについての前記スコアを決定することを含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
