The structure is such that the overflow is discharged through the overflow channel 5 to the discharge channel 6. 7 is supply route 3
An overflow channel 8 through which the excess flow directly flows down to the discharge channel 6 is an orifice that connects the bottom of the retention section 2a and the discharge channel 6. The upper part of the hollow part 2 is closed by a pot stopper 9, and a container accommodating part 11 into which a sample container 10 is inserted is formed on the side of the upper surface of the pot 1. A hole 9a communicating with the hollow portion 2 from the outside is opened in the pot stopper 9 in the vertical direction, and a sample collection pipette 12 is disposed upright with its lower part fitted into the hole 9a. Thus, the injection needle 13 attached to the lower end of the pipette 12 penetrates into the hollow portion 2, and its tip 8 is located within the orifice 13.

Next, the pipette 12 is pulled out from the pot 1 and moved onto the sample container 10, and at this moved position, the tip of the injection needle 13 is inserted into the container 10 by passing through the rubber cap (not shown) of the sample container 10. Inject the sample solution.

に劣ることになる。 The most common type of injection needle is one with a diagonally cut tip as shown in Figure 2a, which is commonly used in syringes, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid the spread of contamination due to this as much as possible, and since the above structure has poor liquid retention properties, there is a risk of contamination due to falling droplets during the movement process. In addition, since the droplet separation property at the tip is poor, there is also a problem in the quantitative performance of the sample liquid.Furthermore, as shown in the first diagram, the orifice 8 is positioned to protrude into the orifice 8 to prevent blockage due to adhesion of solid matter contained in the contaminated liquid. In this case, there is a drawback that the inner surface of the orifice 13 may be damaged due to a slight misalignment in the fitting position between the pipette 12 and the pot stopper 9. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, when inserting the sample container 10 into the sample container 10, there is a risk that the section 14a of the rubber cap 14 may be cut off from the opening at the tip and enter the tube, thereby clogging the tube. On the other hand, the one with the tip cut horizontally as shown in FIG. 2B has the same drawbacks as FIG. 2A except for liquid retention, and it cannot be inserted into the sample container 10 through the rubber lid. Have difficulty.
Furthermore, although the one shown in FIG. 2C has no problems with damage to the orifice 8, liquid retention, and liquid separation, it is difficult to insert into the container 10, and moreover, it is likely to cause adhesion of components or blockage inside the container. In addition, the open tip types shown in FIGS. 2A, B, and C tend to attract sediment, resulting in poor representativeness of the sample liquid.

The present invention relates to a sample liquid injection needle configured with a sharp tip member 17.

う種々の利点を備える。 As described above, the injection needle for sample collection of this invention has an opening on the side, so it has excellent liquid retention and droplet separation properties, and can prevent contamination and deterioration of quantitative performance due to falling droplets. This method avoids the conventional drawback of easy suction of sediment, and enables the collection of a sample liquid with the original composition and properties. In addition, since the sharp end is located at the center of the shaft, even in the configuration shown in Figure 1, it is possible to collect a sample liquid with the original composition and properties. It has various advantages in that the orifice 8 will not be damaged if it is misaligned, and since the tip is not open, the blockage shown in the third figure will not occur, and insertion into the sample container is easy.

At the same time, by processing the inner space of the tip member so that no liquid accumulates as shown in the figure, it is possible to obtain a sample liquid injection needle in which no liquid remains at the needle tip after cleaning.
