Claims (1)

上に被着され前記下面電極層と同質の上面電極層
とよりなる積層体の側面に対し、前記上下面電極
層と電気的に接続する一対の導電リードを形成し
てなる超音波探傷子において、上記下面電極層の
周辺部の一部に切欠きを設けて絶縁領域部分を形
成し、上面電極層より延設された一方の導電リー
ドが該絶縁領域部分を通過するよう配設して電気
的に接触しないよう構成したピエゾゴムを利用し
