Claims (1)
- 絶縁体の両面に設けられた切断分離用のＶ溝を
介して連接された配線領域を有する印刷配線板に
おいて、接着層を構成するガラスクロスと接着樹
脂とのうちの少なくともいずれか一方を着色して
前記絶縁基板と識別できる前記接着層を形成し前
記Ｖ溝の底部近傍と底部に間隔をおいて少なくと
も一層の前記接着層の端面を前記Ｖ溝内に露出さ
せ標識としたことを特徴とする印刷配線板。
