For example, an indirect water heater with a liquid-liquid heat exchanger for hot water supply in the heating circuit, and a two-can two-circuit water heater with separate air-liquid heat exchangers for heating and hot water, respectively. , and as shown in FIG.
There is a one-can two-circuit water heater in which a heat absorption pipe B for reheating and an heat absorption pipe C for hot water supply are shared, and a heat source D such as a gas burner is shared. However, with the above-mentioned indirect water heater, there are usage restrictions such as the fact that the hot water supply circuit cannot be used unless the heating circuit is heated. In the two-can two-circuit water heater, each heat exchanger is independent, Generally, an exchanger has a large number of heat-absorbing fins arranged in parallel, each having a through-hole for the heat-absorbing tube and a through-hole for the brazing material in advance, and then passing the heat-absorbing tube through the through-hole and expanding the heat-absorbing tube to absorb the heat. Each heat exchanger requires the following steps: fixing the tubes to the heat absorbing fins, and finally brazing the brazing material through the through holes in a furnace to fix the heat absorbing tubes to the heat absorbing fins. There is a problem in that the product price is high because it is manufactured using the above-mentioned process. On the other hand, 1 can 2 shown in Figure 1
In a circuit type water heater, a through hole for the heat absorbing pipe B for reheating is drilled below the heat absorbing fin A, and a through hole for the heat absorbing pipe C for hot water supply is drilled above the heat absorbing fin A in advance. Since the pipe is penetrated and expanded, and then brazed, the heat exchanger can be manufactured in a series of steps, which can contribute to reducing the product price. When used alone, heat absorption through the fins of the other heat absorption pipe causes problems such as after-boiling and pressure increase in water heaters, and countermeasures to this problem are costly and cause problems in terms of product price. , and also have usage limitations such as lack of capacity when used simultaneously.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a dual-use water heater for reheating and hot water supply, in which a heat exchanger 1 is provided in the upper part and a heat source device 2 is provided in the lower part. The heat exchanger 1 has an endothermic section that is attached to a large number of endothermic fins through an endothermic pipe, and this endothermic fin 3 is commonly used to provide a heat-absorbing section on one side of the endothermic fin 3 in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the combustion gas. The heat absorption pipe 4 for hot water supply is passed through and fixed to the heat absorption pipe 5 for reheating on the other side, and the heating part A for hot water supply on one side and the heating part B for reheating on the other side are separated. It has been formed. A body plate 6 surrounds the heat absorbing fins 3. Next, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
is equipped with a combustion tube 7 whose upper end is connected to the lower end of the body plate 6 of the heat exchanger 1, and in the lower part of the combustion tube 7 there is a gas burner 8A facing the heating section A for hot water supply and the heating section B for reheating. , 8B are arranged. 9 is the combustion tube 7
The air intake port 10 is a porous rectifier plate provided between the bottom plate and the gas burner.

A slit 11 is provided in the heat absorbing fin 3 at the boundary between the hot water supply heating part A and the reheating heating part B, extending from a position slightly below the upper end to the lower end. At both ends of this slit 11, shielding plates 12 are installed in the longitudinal direction to close the gap between the adjacent heat absorbing fins 3, and inside the combustion tube 7 are a pair of shielding plates 12 connected to the lower ends of the pair of shielding plates 12. Partition plate 1
3 is attached on the rectifier plate 10, and the partition plate 1
2 and the combustion tube 7, a gas burner 8 is installed inside the combustion tube 7.
The combustion chambers 14A and 14B of the combustion chambers A and 8B are separated from each other, and the gap between the pair of partition plates 13 is communicated with the air port 9 of the bottom plate of the combustion tube 7, so that cooling air is sent to the slit 11 through this gap. Air passage 1
5 is formed. 16 is an exhaust fan.

In the above configuration, the gas burner 8B is used for reheating, and the gas burner 8A is used for hot water supply.
If both reheating and hot water supply are to be performed, the gas burners 8A and 8B may be burned at the same time. When the above-mentioned reheating or hot water supply is used alone, the conventional method shown in FIG. Slit 11 at the boundary between part A and heating part B for reheating
Since this slit 11 is provided, heat transfer to the non-use side through the heat absorbing fin 3 when used alone is
Moreover, since the cooling air is sent from the air supply passage 15 to the slit 11, such heat transfer is further alleviated, and therefore the amount of heat absorbed on the non-use side is extremely small. With a water heater like this, there is no need to take measures against abnormal pressure rises or after boiling water.

In addition, in this embodiment, shielding plates 12 are provided at both ends of the slit 11 to shield the gap between the adjacent heat absorbing fins 3, thereby blocking the flow of combustion gas to the unused side when used alone. According to this configuration, the thermal influence on the unused side can be further reduced. The shielding plate 12 may also be made by bending a piece left after forming the slit 11 of the heat absorbing fin 3.

Further, in this embodiment, a pair of partition plates 13 are provided, but as shown in FIG. 4, a single partition plate 16 is provided.
Even if the cooling air is made to flow along both sides of the partition plate 16, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

As explained above, the present invention involves attaching heat absorption tubes for different purposes to one side and the other side of a large number of heat absorption fins, respectively, to separate and form a plurality of heating parts for different purposes that share the heat absorption fins. At the same time, providing a slit between the heating parts of the heat absorption fin,
A partition plate is provided opposite the slit on the burner side which is provided opposite to each heating section, and an air supply passage to the slit is provided along the partition plate, so that heat exchange is possible by sharing the heat absorption fins. It is possible to provide a versatile water heater that requires less man-hours to manufacture the vessel, is inexpensive, and has less heat influence on the side that is not in use, which was a problem in the past, and is a highly practical idea.
