Claims (1)
- 箱状の装置本体１の内部に樋状の反射鏡２を収
納し、該反射鏡２の内部に紫外線ランプ３を装着
するとともに、前記装置本体１の下部に被照射体
の送入・送出部５ａ，５ｂを設けて送入部５ａよ
り装置本体１内に送入した被照射体に紫外線を照
射するように構成し、さらに、前記被照射体に対
する紫外線の照射を遮断しうるように前記反射鏡
２を移動させ、かつ装置本体１の下方から取り入
れた外気を装置本体１の上部から排出するように
構成した装置において、前記反射鏡２は底部中心
線より縦方向に２分割したうえ各分割片２ａ，２
ｂを底部に近い一点を中心にし可動自在に支持し
て各分割片２ａ，２ｂの先端部を内方に移動させ
て紫外線ランプ３を覆いうるように構成するとと
もに、各分割片２ａ，２ｂの先端部を外方に移動
させて反射鏡２を形成したとき、各分割片２ａ，
２ｂの先端部が装置本体１の下方に設けた外気取
入口６ａ，６ｂを覆う補助反射板９ａ，９ｂに多
少の間隙をおいて当接するように構成したことを
特徴とする紫外線照射装置。
