【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スピンドルとハウジングとの間に介装され
インナーレースがスピンドルにアウターレースが
ハウジングにそれぞれ固定された第1軸受と、第
1軸受から軸方向に離れて配置されスピンドルを
囲むとともにハウジングに軸方向に移動可能に支
持された移動体と、スピンドルと移動体との間に
介装され、インナーレースがスピンドルにアウタ
ーレースが移動体にそれぞれ固定された第2軸受
と、移動体の一側端面より軸方向一端側において
ハウジングに設けられ移動体と当接可能な高負荷
ストツパーと、ハウジング内に設けられ移動体に
高圧流体の流体力を付与することにより該移動体
を高負荷ストツパーに当接するまで移動させて第
1、第2軸受に高レベルの予負荷を与える流体通
路と、移動体の他側端面より軸方向他端側におい
てハウジングに取付けられ移動体と当接可能な低
負荷ストツパーと、移動体を常に軸方向他端側に
向かつて付勢し、流体通路内が低圧となつたとき
移動体を低負荷ストツパーに当接するまで移動さ
せて第1、第2軸受に低レベルの予負荷を与える
付勢手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするスピンド
ル支持装置。 (2) 前記流体通路の先端開口にピストンを配置
し、流体通路内の流体の流体力を該ピストンを介
して間接的に移動体に付与するようにした請求項
1記載のスピンドル支持装置。 (3) 前記高負荷ストツパーとハウジングとの間
に調節プレートを着脱可能に取付け、高レベルの
予負荷の値を変更する場合には調節プレートを厚
さの異なるものに交換するようにした請求項1記
