Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 基板上に複数の単セルが電気的に接続されて
    成るほぼ矩形状の電池セルと、前記電池セルに設
    けられた電力取り出し用の一対の電極とを備え、
    前記電極にそれぞれ接続された配線を介してＩＣ
    カードの内蔵電子部品に電力を供給するＩＣカー
    ド用太陽電池において、 前記矩形状の電池セルの短辺側端部付近に前記
    一対の電極を設けたことを特徴とするＩＣカード
    用太陽電池。 ２ 前記電池セルは、前記単セルが層状に重ね合
    わされて成るタンデム形セルである請求項１記載
    のＩＣカード用太陽電池。
