It is used when rolling thread cutting is performed on the foot of a rivet, and washered material is automatically supplied to a device that forms a washered screw.

In addition to the problem of installation space because it is installed separately from the vibrating parts feeder that feeds the wheels and wheels, the assembling machine itself is a rotating body with a head shaft fitting groove and a wheel fitting groove. It is a complex, large-scale, and high-cost device that is equipped with a drive device that rotates the rotating body intermittently.

工夫もなされている。 On the other hand, there are compact and relatively inexpensive vibrating parts feeders in which the parts feeder itself combines a headed shaft and a ring.
It is known from Publication No. 46642. As seen in the disclosed embodiments, this device has a shaft conveying path for suspending and vibratingly conveying the headed shaft body, and a wheel conveying path for vibratingly conveying the wheel body, which are disposed vertically and gradually By bringing them close to each other, the headed shaft body and the wheel body that are vibrated and conveyed are brought closer to each other and fit into each other, and thereafter, the assembled state is vibrated and conveyed by being suspended by the washer part. In addition, a contrivance has been made to form a chevron-shaped protuberance on the wheel transport path so that the wheel waits in an inclined position in which the shaft body is easily fitted.

Because they fit together, they are difficult to fit into each other and have a low combination success rate. Furthermore, the provision of the chevron-shaped raised portion makes it easier for the hanging end of the shaft to fit into the wheel which reaches the raised portion and waits in an inclined position, but the hanging end of the shaft still scans over the wheel. When the shaft slides like this and fits into the wheel hole, it gets caught, and the wheel is pulled by the hook and gets over the protrusion, fitting deeply into the wheel. The wheel may come off without being able to bring the wheel along with it even though it is desperately caught in the hole, or the next wheel may not ride on the raised portion even though the shaft has reached the raised portion, and the fit may not fit properly. The probability of

A bending path that bends to prevent the progress of the vibrating conveyed object and waits in a vibrating state is extended, and a separate shaft conveyance path that vibrates and conveys the headed shaft so that the shaft side faces first is installed in the bent path. A detection means is provided to feed the headed shaft from above on the axis of the waiting wheel and fit it into the waiting wheel, and detects when the headed shaft has reached the fitting position with the waiting wheel. a combination conveyance path for receiving and vibratingly transporting a combined body in which a wheel and a headed shaft are fitted together from the bending path; The present invention is characterized by comprising a sending means for sending out the combination body with the combination body to the combination body conveyance path.

It prevents the wheel from proceeding along with the following wheel on the wheel conveyance path and makes it stand by in a vibrating state.
On the other hand, the shaft body conveyance path is a wheel in which the headed shaft body, which has been vibrated and conveyed with the shaft side facing first, reaches the bending path and is placed in an appropriate fitting posture and position with respect to the wheel body which is placed on standby for vibration. It is fed out from above on the body axis line and fitted together with the automatic search action of the fitting position due to vibration. The feeding means operates when the detection means detects that the headed shaft body to be fed has reached a position where it would have fit into the wheel body held in the bending path, that is, a fitting position. Then, the fitted combination body is sent out to a combination body conveyance path, and is thereafter conveyed by vibration.

The upper vibrating conveyance path 19a receives the heads 1a of the combined studs 1 continuously fed out from the bending paths 6a and 7a on the top plate 9, and vibrates and conveys the studs 1 in a suspended manner. The lower vibration conveyance path 19b is connected to the bottom plate 11

Fitting is achieved quickly and reliably, improving the probability and speed of fitting.

向上する。 In addition, the fit between the shaft body and the wheel body is automatically detected, and in response to this detection, the fitted combination body is immediately sent out from the bending path to the combination conveyance path to be conveyed by vibration, and the next reception is carried out in the bending path. Since the fitting between the wheel body and the supply shaft can be started, the fitting efficiency is improved as well as the fast fitting speed.

同様の効果を発揮して行える。 Furthermore, even if multiple wheels are fitted to one shaft, by keeping each wheel on the same axis and waiting for vibration, it will produce almost the same effect as a combination with one shaft. I can do it.

イーダ。 At the end of the wheel conveyance path that vibrates and conveys the wheel in a lying state, a bending path is installed that is bent almost at right angles to the vibration conveyance direction to prevent the vibrating conveyed object from progressing and wait in a vibrating state. Separately, a shaft conveyance path for vibrating and conveying the headed shaft body so that the shaft side faces first is provided, and the headed shaft body is fed from above on the axis of the wheel body which is placed in vibrating standby on the bending path to the waiting wheel body. Provided to fit together,
a detection means for detecting that the headed shaft body has reached a fitting position with the standby wheel body; and a combination body that receives and vibrates and transports the combined body in which the wheel body and the headed shaft body are fitted from the bending path. A vibratory conveyance type parts feeder comprising: a conveyance path; and a delivery means for feeding a combination of a wheel and a headed shaft on a curved path to the combination conveyance path based on detection by the detection means.
