Claims (1)
に移動する１列の相互に連結された包装容器ブラ
ンク８に強力な泡形成傾向を有する液体内容物を
充填するために液体食品包装機に用いられる充填
パイプ１５であつて、液体の誘導可能な細長い基
板１８を有するノズル部１７と、該ノズル部１７
に結合され該ノズル部１７に内容物を送るための
偏平な断面を有する送出パイプ１６とからなり、
送出パイプ１６とノズル部１７との結合部にノズ
ル部基板１８の長手方向の両側縁間に形成した横
断隔壁２１基部に送出パイプ１６と基板１８上面
とが液連通するごとくオリフイス１９を形成し、
該基板１８の上面に、複数個の案内ブロツク２０
を、基板１８の長手方向の中央線を挾んで対称的
に両側に該ブロツク２０の上面が移送するウエブ
６の内面に沿うごとくして該ブロツクの外側端部
が基板１８の側縁にのび、それぞれブロツク間に
間隙をおいて流路２３を形成するごとく、且つ、
上記オリフイス１９側において対称位置のブロツ
ク間隔がオリフイスの巾にほぼ等しく、該基板１
８の長手方向の下流の所定位置に形成した液流を
塞止して両側に導くための末端横断隔壁２１ａと
の間で逐次対称間隔が減少するごとく付設して該
案内ブロツク２０の拘束を受けないように基板中
央部に実質的に三角形の液体導入部を形成し、且
つ、隣り合う案内ブロツク２０相互間の各流路２
３を、基板中央の液体導入部側を挾い間隙の流入
口２３ａに、基板１８の側縁側を広い間隙の流出
口２３ｂに形成して該流路２３のそれぞれを包装
容器ブランク８の少くとも１つと液連通するごと
く形成したことを特徴とする包装機用充填パイプ
。 ２ 上記基板１８は、上記液流塞止用の横断隔壁
２１ａを挾んで上記ノズル部１７と反対側の長手
方向に延長され、共通底面で巾を包装容器の高さ
