- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ＹＡＧレーザ光を伝送する大口径石英ガラス系
のＹＡＧレーザ用光フアイバであつて、 前記光フアイバのレーザ光の入射端面または出
射端面の少なくとも一方に、ＹＡＧレーザから出
力されるレーザ光の反射を防止する反射防止膜が
形成されたことを特徴とするＹＡＧレーザ用光フ
アイバ。
