  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リードフレーム１１のステージ１１ａ上に固着
    されワイヤボンデイングされた半導体チツプ３を
    上記リードフレーム１１のインナーリード（１１
    ｄ，１１ｅ）と共に樹脂封止してなり、上記リー
    ドフレームのアウターリード１１ｂ，１１ｃを半
    田付けされて実装される樹脂モールド型半導体装
    置において、 上記ステージ１１ａと上記インナーリード１１
    ｄ，１１ｅとの段差ｈ２を上記半導体チツプ３の
    高さ寸法ｈより大とし、該ステージ１１ａ上に固
    着された上記半導体チツプ３の上面３ａが上記イ
    ンナーリード１１ｄ，１１ｅより低くなるように
    構成した樹脂モールド型半導体装置。
