- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 炉体内に、複数枚の断熱材の接合によつて構成
した断熱壁を備え、この断熱壁の内部に入れた処
理材を加熱して熱処理する熱処理炉において、 前記断熱壁は、複数枚の断熱材の端部材の端部
同士を突き合わせかつ接合部側面に多孔質炭素系
の接合材を架け渡して接合したことを特徴とする
熱処理炉。
