Claims (1)
- 弁作用金属の表面に誘電体性酸化皮膜、電解質
層、陰極層を順次形成したコンデンサ素子に、陰
極端子及び陽極端子を接続し、前記コンデンサ素
子周囲に第１の絶縁性樹脂層を形成すると共に、
磁性粉末を含む金属粉末導電性物質層を第１の絶
縁性樹脂層を覆うようにかつ陰極端子の一部と電
気的に接続されるように形成し、さらに導電性物
質層の周囲を覆うように第２の絶縁性樹脂層を形
成した固体電解コンデンサ。
