Claims (1)
- 圧電体１の一面に一対の正、負電極２，３を設
け、圧電体１の他面に中立電極４を設け、この中
立電極４に裏打材５を接着してセンサ素子６を構
成し、この裏打材５の表面周部に支持体７を接着
せしめ、この支持体７を増幅部等の所要回路を有
する回路基板８に接着すると共に、この回路基板
８の両面周部を筺体１０内に軟質接着剤９により
接着せしめてなる加速度センサ。
