Claims (1)
嵌合保持させるための電極ユニツトの保持構造で
あつて、前記電極ユニツトにネジ部材を螺着する
と共に、前記筒状ホルダーの内部に挿入される電
極ユニツト部分に外フランジを連設し、かつ、当
該外フランジと前記ネジ部材との間に、ネジ部材
の締め込みによつて半径方向に圧縮変形される環
状の弾性部材を設けてあることを特徴とする電極
ユニツトの保持構造。 (2) 前記ネジ部材と弾性部材との間に低摩擦部
材を介在させてある請求項(1)に記載された電極
ユニツトの保持構造。 (3) 前記低摩擦部材が前記筒状ホルダーに対し
て相対回転不能である請求項(2)に記載された電
