Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and accurately place automatically surface mounting components by forming a substrate body, a frame and a substrate body coupler together in a 3-layer structure of a soft base and a cover film, and providing reinforcing members on the rear faces of the body and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A substrate body 1, a frame 2 and a coupler 3 are integrally formed together in a 3-layer structure. That is, first, second cover films 4, 6 are adhered to both side faces of a soft base 5, a hard reinforcing board 7 is adhered to the rear face of the body 1 for reinforcing to place mounting components, and a hard reinforcing material 8 is similarly adhered to the rear face for reinforcing the frame 2. 機で搭載する場合、硬い補強基板7を接着していない部
分では、軟かい前記三層構造の曲がりや折れが生じやす
い、すなわち、硬い補強基板7のない部分は軟かく、こ
の部分の曲がりや折れによって部品9の実装位置がずれ
やすい。従って、基板の位置精度が悪くなり、部品の自
動搭載が困難になるという欠点がある。

がりや折れを防止し、フレキシブルプリント基板本体上
に表面実装部品を容易且つ正確に自動実装することがで
きるという効果がある。
