Also, it is necessary to be able to apply multiple layers. For this reason,
A base paper is used that is dipped in an acrylic ester emulsion or the like and then dried to bind the fibers together.

Further, a sizing film and a back treatment film are provided as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-9817. For products, two steps are required for their coating.

A base paper having a basis weight of 222 or more may be appropriately selected using a continuous paper machine. The papermaking method may be either wet or dry. The base paper is preferably 12y to 110y/might. As a binder, 100 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion (solid content 46%, product name Primal HA-8 manufactured by Nippon Acrylic Company), 10 parts by weight of a fluorine-based mold release agent (parts 0 thread polymer emulsion, solid content 30%) were added and mixed to prepare a mixed solution. Next, the mixed solution of the acrylic emulsion and the fluorine-based mold release agent is poured into the dipping liquid vat of the resin impregnating device, and the base paper that has been made is continuously dipped into this liquid, and then passed through a embossed roll to mix the excess. The liquid was squeezed out, and the paper was passed through a hot air oven while avoiding applying strong tension to the base paper, and then passed through a hot drum for drying.

A 5 μm adhesive layer was formed. This adhesive layer was laminated together with release paper to the base material obtained in Example (1) to form a thick roll. Then, using a tape measure, remove the release paper and roll the base material around a 1-inch paper core with the adhesive layer on the outside, cut this into a 25W width, and use medical adhesive. I made a tape.

Moreover, even if it was left as is, it did not peel off from the overlapping edges. Furthermore, when the tape was pasted in a cross pattern over gauze applied to the affected area, it adhered well to the gauze and the skin, and the overlapping portions of the tapes did not lift or peel off.

When a similar test was conducted using a tape that had been kept at 0°C for 3 months, there was almost no change in the unwinding resistance, and there was no fuzz on the back of the tape (it showed excellent performance similar to that immediately after production).
