(Prior art) Conventional conveyance devices using electric traveling carts, especially conveying devices equipped with rail covers that cover guide rails that guide the electric traveling carts, power supply rails, etc., are constructed on the floor along the conveyance route. A guide rail part is formed inside the left and right sides of the rail cover, which has a gate-shaped cross section, and the electric traveling vehicle is equipped with wheels that roll on this guide rail part, a driving means including an electric motor, a current collecting means, etc. Each of the means covered by the cover was configured to move within the space covered by the cover.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional conveying device as described above, the entire weight of the electric traveling trolley and the load acting on the guide rail is received by the rail cover and the rail cover support at the center of the rail cover. Therefore, the rail cover and the rail cover support must have sufficient strength, and therefore the rail cover and the rail cover support become heavy objects, compared to a transport device not equipped with such a rail cover. A significant increase in costs cannot be avoided. In other words, it was unsuitable as a conveyance device for conveying heavy objects.

In addition, since the rail cover also serves as a support means for the guide rail, it is not possible to remove only the rail cover at an arbitrary position and perform maintenance on the guide rail, power supply rail, or electric vehicle at the location where the rail cover is removed. However, there were also problems such as the cross-sectional shape of the guide rail that supported the electric vehicle was limited.

The electric traveling trolley l configured as described above has a motor 1
3 and rotates the pinion gear 16 in the forward or reverse direction, it is possible to travel forward or backward. At this time, the lifting prevention horizontal shaft wheel 10 is attached to the lower surface 2b of the guide rails 2A, 2B. The vertical axis wheel 11 for steady rest prevents the electric traveling trolley 1 from floating up from the guide rails 2A and 2B.
By sandwiching both left and right side surfaces 2C12d of one guide rail 2A, the electric traveling trolley 1 can be run along the guide rails 2A and 2B without wobbling in the left and right lateral directions. Further, the supporting wheels 9, motor 13, speed reducer 14, current collector 15, etc. on the electric traveling trolley l side move within the rail cover 5. Furthermore, the pair of left and right idle rails 2A, 2B, rack gear 3, power supply rail 4, etc. on the ground side are also covered by the rail cover 5, regardless of the presence or absence of the electric traveling trolley l. Not only can they be run individually, but also a plurality of electric traveling trolleys 1 can be connected and run as one using the fixed connector 17 and the movable connector 18.

In the above embodiment, the guide rails 2A and 2B are formed of an H-shaped steel 21 that forms the upper surface 2a of the guide rail, and a pair of left and right cross-sectional auxiliaries that form the lower surface 2b of the guide rail and both left and right sides 2c and 2d of the guide rail. The guide rails 2A and 2B are composed of an upper surface 2a on which the supporting wheel 9 rolls, a lower surface 2b on which the lifting prevention horizontal shaft wheel IO comes into contact, and a vertical shaft for steady rest. The cross-sectional structure is not limited to that of the above embodiment, as long as it has both left and right side surfaces 2c and 2d that the wheel 11 comes into contact with.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) According to the conveyance device of the present invention as in the above embodiment, when using the ground side guide rail, power supply rail, rack gear, etc., the rail cover not only protects the rack gear, etc. It also protects the drive means including the motor on the electric traveling trolley side, the current collector, and the wheels rolling on the guide rail. Therefore, it is possible to not only prevent foreign objects from getting caught, oil, water, etc. to enter, and conversely, prevent dust generated inside the cart from scattering to the outside, but also prevent workers who work close to the conveyance route from using the wheels. It also prevents the machine from getting caught in gears, gears, etc., greatly improving safety.

Moreover, since the guide rails that support the electric traveling trolley are laid on the ground side separately from the rail cover,
It is possible to use any cross-sectional shape, and
Strength and rigidity can also be easily increased as needed.

On the other hand, since the weight and load of the electric traveling trolley do not act on the rail cover, the rail cover can be constructed from a thin plate, and the rail cover support only needs to be strong enough to support the rail cover. Costs related to rail covers can be significantly reduced compared to conventional ones.

Furthermore, it is also possible to remove only the rail cover, regardless of the guide rail that supports the electric traveling bogie, and maintenance of the guide rail and electric traveling bogie can be easily performed at the location where the rail cover is removed, as well as allowing electric traveling to be performed at the location where the rail cover is removed. Line-off of the trolley can also be made possible.

Further, in the present invention, the electric traveling trolley is provided with a vertical shaft wheel for steady rest that sandwiches at least one of the guide rails from both the left and right sides, and a horizontal shaft wheel for preventing lifting that comes into contact with the lower surface of the guide rail between the left and right sides. Therefore, even if the electric traveling vehicle is made smaller by sufficiently reducing the gap between the rail cover and the electric traveling vehicle, the electric traveling vehicle may come into contact with the rail cover due to vibration or wobbling while traveling. There is no need to worry about this happening, and you can drive safely.
