〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、コンクリート,アスフアルト等で舗
装された路面をダイヤモンド又は超硬質の回転刃

従来の路面カツター装置は鋼鉄製基台の下方後

記回転刃を駆動する原動機を搭載したものであつ

本考案は従来のかかる問題点を解消し、原動機
からの回転刃に作用する振動荷重を大巾に減少せ
しめ4〜5割程度回転刃の寿命を延ばして作業コ
ストを低減できるばかりか、路面切断速度が速く
できて作業時間の短縮化をはかれるという優れた
路面カツター装置を提供することにあり、その要
旨構成は、基台下方後部に走行車輪を取付け、そ
の前方側部に路面切断用回転刃を取付けるととも
に基台の中央上面に前記回転刃を駆動する原動機
を搭載した路面カツター装置に於いて、基台の素
材をFRPとし、同基台の中央上面に鋼板を敷設
し、同鋼板上に原動機を装置し、又同鋼板と間〓
を離して基台後方上面に所要厚みの鋼板を貼付
し、同鋼板上に回転刃の駆動伝達機構を載置した
ことを特徴とする路面カツター装置にある。

動機を載置した鋼板と回転刃の駆動伝達機構を載
置した鋼板とを間〓おいて配置しているので、振
動の伝達と干渉が極めて小さくなり、振動の減衰
と吸収が大きくできる。これによつて従来の単な
る鋼鉄製の基台に比べ回転刃の寿命を4〜5割程
度延すことができた。

鋼鉄製の基台1の場合回転刃3の取付ベツト9に
作用する振動荷重が負荷投入時10G程度のもの
が、本実施例の場合負荷投入時2.1〜3.3G程度と
なつて大巾に振動が低減できた。そしてダイヤモ
ンドの回転刃の寿命が従来の鋼鉄製基台のものに
比べ4〜5割延ばすことができた。尚、基台の素
材はFRPに鉄筋等の補強材を入れたFRPのもの

く且つ作業時間を短縮できるという優れた効果を
得ることができる。
