得て、かつ切削屑排出機能の向上を図り得るよう
にした木工用鉋盤の切削屑排出装置を提供しよう

ーラー3,3′と並行に軸支させてあり、該鉋胴
5の外周対称位置に設けられている平担な取付面
5′,5″には鉋刃6,6′が押え板5a,5bを
介在してネジ止め等の手段で脱着自在に装着して
あり、該鉋刃6,6の刃先6a,6bは鉋胴5の
外周面より所望長さ突出されていることにより上
記空所4の下方開口部4aから下方へ突出し、被
切削材Wが案内ローラー1,1′と送りローラー
3,3′に挟持された状態で送りローラー3,
3′によつて図示の矢印k方向へ送り動作される
ことにより、図示の切削部Aにて切削されるよう
形成されており、更に上記空所4の上方開口部4

に、上記邪魔板10とローラーケース上面2aと
の間には通気路12を、上記空所4内と外部を連
通可能に、かつ鉋胴5の長さに略対応する如く設
け、該通気路12を通して外気を図示の矢印i,
j方向へ吸気するようにして鉋胴5回転時の送風
力を強め、もつて切削屑の排出機能が高められる

あるが、邪魔板10が空所4の開口縁4cから突
出させてあるので、この邪魔板10に切削屑は当
接して図示の矢印h方向、つまり排出口8側へ排
出される。つまり、鉋胴5に巻き込まれて矢印g
から矢印j方向へ回転移動される切削屑の流れ
は、図示の矢印g方向から矢印h方向へ変えられ
るのであり、これによつて、切削屑は切削部Aに

切削屑排出装置は構成し、作用するものであるか

が被切削材Wの切削部Aに侵入することはなくな
り、もつて被切削材Wの加工面Bに2度打切削を
して傷が付くといつた従来の欠点を解消し得るの
で、加工面Bの切削精度を向上できると共に、邪
魔板10とローラーケース上面2aとの間に形成
した通気路12を通して邪魔板10裏側の空室C
及び空所4に空気が吸引供給されるので、上記邪
魔板10を設けたにもかゝわらず鉋胴5の回転に
よつて風切音等を発生することはなく、しかも鉋
胴5の回転に伴なつて排出口8側に多量の空気が
流れことにより、その送風力は強力となるので、
鉋胴5の回りの空気の流れに対しても切削屑はス
ムーズに流れるようになつて、切削屑が空所開口
部4bや排出口8付近で飛散することなく排出さ
れることにより、切削屑の排出機能を従来例に比
べて格段に向上でき、更に構造的には極めて簡単
