- 還元気化法による水素化物発生装置で発生した
水素化物の試料ガスを原子吸光分析装置の測定光
束の光路上で加熱原子化させる加熱原子化セルに
おいて、少なくとも測定光束を透過させる光学面
と試料ガス導入口あるいは試料ガス排出口との間
にパージガス導入口を設けたことを特徴とする原
子吸光分析用の加熱原子化セル。
