Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定路を搬送する工作物取付具に設けられ
て工作物を拘束させるアクチユエータに作動用の
流体を断続可能に供給すべく接続された流体受部
と、該流体受部と着脱可能に接続し流体源から作
動用の流体を供給する流体送り部とからなる工作
物取付具の流体供給構造において、 流体受部が、上記アクチユエータと接続された
複数の流路とそれぞれ接続される複数の貫通孔を
受部基台に設け、各貫通孔の先端側に先端が外向
きに配設された管状の一方のカプラ構成部を連通
可能に接続し、且つ、各貫通孔内には開閉弁を設
け各開閉弁の弁棒を受部基台の外側に形成した操
作レバーと連動可能に連結して流体を断続可能と
し、 流体送り部が、流体源から分岐した複数の流路
とそれぞれ接続されると共に前記貫通孔と対向す
る連通孔を送り部基台に設け、該連通孔の先端側
には受部基台に設けた一方のカプラ構成部と同軸
線上で対応し嵌合時に連通する嵌脱自在な管状の
他方のカプラ構成部を設けてなることを特徴とす
る工作物取付具の流体供給構造。 (2) 受側基台と送り側基台とに、それぞれに設
けられた一対のカプラ構成部と並んで突部と凹部
とからなる一対のガイド手段が設けられており、
該突部が、一方のカプラ構成部が接近して他方の
カプラ構成部に嵌合する前に凹部に挿入可能な長
さに設定されて、上記一対のカプラ構成部の位置
決めを行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の工
作物取付具の流体供給構造。 (3) 流体送り部の上方に、カプラ構成部に対応
して複数の噴射ノズルを有するエアーブロートー
チが固定されており、流体受部側のカプラ構成部
が接近した際にその先端をブローすることを特徴
とする請求項1または2記載の工作物取付具の流
体供給構造。 (4) 流体送り部が所定位置に保持された固定サ
ポートと、該固定サポートに設けられた進退動手
段により固定サポートから前後に平行移動する送
り部基台とを有しており、接近位置にある流体受
部側のカプラ構成部に送り部基台側に設けられた
カプラ構成部を進退動させて嵌脱することを特徴
とする請求項1から3記載のいずれかの工作物取
付具の流体供給構造。 (5) 進退動手段が流体圧シリンダからなつてお
り、且つ送り部基台に設けられて受部基台の凹部
と嵌脱するガイド手段の突部の後端が固定サポー
トにスライド自在に嵌挿されていることを特徴と
する請求項4記載の工作物取付具の流体供給構造
。 (6) 流体送り部が、送り部基台に受部基台と係
合する係合部と該係合部を進退動させる進退動手
段を有しており、接近位置にある流体受部の受部
基台に係合部を係止し進退動手段で引き寄せて受
部基台側のカプラ構成部を送り部基台側のカプラ
構成部に嵌込み連結させることを特徴とする請求
項1から5に記載のいずれかの工作物取付具の流
体供給構造。 (7) 係合部を有する進退動手段が、先端に受部
基台に穿設された係合溝に回転変位して係合する

閉弁を介さず直接に接続されると共に、他のカプ
ラ構成部と連通する貫通孔は開閉弁を有し前記操
作レバーにより各弁棒を介して開閉可能となつて
おり、流体送り部側のカプラ構成部と流体受部側
のカプラ構成部との接続時に送られた流体が上記
流体シリンダに供給され操作レバーを作動可能と
することを特徴とする請求項1から7記載のいず
れかの工作物取付具の流体供給構造。 (9) 受部基台が第1受部基台と第2受部基台に
二分されており、第1受部基台には貫通孔にカプ
ラ構成部を有し、第2受部基台には貫通孔中に開
閉弁を内蔵し、該開閉弁の弁棒を連動する操作レ
バーが第2受部基台の外方に設けられて開閉弁の
開閉を操作可能としていることを特徴とする請求
項1から8記載のいずれかの工作物取付具の流体
供給構造。
