け、表面抵抗値が１０６Ω／ロ以下の導電層を、
該基材フイルムの他面に導電加工された有機繊維
が分散され、表面抵抗値が１０５Ω／ロ以下でか
つヒートシール性を有する透明フイルムの制電層
をラミネートしてなる複合フイルムであつて、該
複合フイルムの導電層を表層として折り曲げ、内
層の両側端部をヒートシールさせ、内容物が外か
ら確認できる程度に透明性を有することを特徴と
