プの形成法において、櫛歯状治具に耳部を嵌入すると共
に該治具上に極柱を載置した後、該耳部上に定量化され
た溶融合金鉛を補充合金として流し込み、同時にガスバ
ーナーにて該耳部を加熱し、該溶融合金鉛の流入する勢
いとガスの火炎の圧力で該耳部と該極柱とを溶融攪拌し
て溶接してストラップを形成することを特徴とする鉛蓄
