Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内導体と外導体とからなると共に誘電体気密窓
を有する同軸線路の一端が高周波作用部に一体に
接続され、上記外導体の他端が中継外導体を介し
て外部導波管に接合され、この外部導波管内に上
記内導体の先端アンテナ部が突出してなるマイク
ロ波管において、 上記内導体と中継外導体との間に、所定長さの
スカート部を有する介在円筒体が着脱可能に嵌合
され、この介在円筒体の上記スカート部下端に上
記同軸線路の外導体が当該されてなることを特徴
とするマイクロ波管。
