Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a deep container easy to open but outstandingly barrier by a method wherein a resinous unsealing part is attached to the opening of a barrier, flexible bag and a barrier membrane is formed on the inner wall of the container at the unsealing part. CONSTITUTION:An unsealing part 2 has a bottom plate part 6 and a rising wall 7 and, around its outer periphery, is formed a flange part 8, into which the edge part of a flexible, barrier bag 3 is inserted and attached to the outer periphery of the unsealing part 2 by an ultrasonic sealing method. A rectangular perforation 9 is formed in the surface exposed to outside a container of the bottom plate part 6 of the unsealing part 2 and, in a perforation corner, a pull tab 1 is formed as a knob member. A tear-away piece 11 is removed along the perforation 9 to form an opening part and a lid 5 is put on the rising wall 7 of the unsealing part 2. A barrier membrane 12 is then formed on the bottom plate part 6 including the tear-away piece 11 and part of the rising wall 7. This barrier membrane is composed of three layers, i.e. a medium aluminum layer 13 interposed between two polyethylene layers.
