があつた。[Prior art and its problems] Conventionally, this type of device consists of a laundry monitor and an automatic folding device installed after the laundry monitor. The clothing is conveyed by a monitoring conveyor device, and the degree of radioactive contamination of the clothing is determined by a radiation detector placed on the monitoring conveyor device. After this measurement, the clothes are received from the monitoring conveyor device to the folding conveyor device of the automatic folding device, and normal clothes determined based on the output signal of the radiation detector are appropriately folded and used again. Ru. On the contrary,
Contaminated clothing is discharged without being folded. By the way, the acceptance of clothes from the monitor conveyor device to the folding conveyor device is carried out only by the rotation of the conveyor belt, with the receiving roller portion of the folding conveyor device being provided close to the exit roller portion of the monitor conveyor device. It is being said. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the leading end of the garment 3 tends to collapse between the exit roller section 1 and the receiving roller section 2, resulting in folded sections 4 and 4A, making it difficult to receive the garment smoothly and to ensure that it is not properly received. There was a problem that it could not be folded properly.
