Description
〔考案の属する技術分野〕
本考案は、放射線管理区域にて使用された衣類
が洗濯され、ランドリモニタにて放射能汚染の有
無が測定された後、正常な衣類のみ折畳み、再度
使用できるようにするランドリモニタ用自動折畳
み装置に関する。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
従来、この種の装置はランドリモニタと、この
ランドリモニタの後段に設けられる自動折畳み装
置とからなり、洗濯された被測定衣類(以下単に
衣類という)がランドリモニタのモニタ用コンベ
ア装置に搬送され、このモニタ用コンベア装置に
配置された放射線検出器により、衣類の放射能汚
染度が測定される。この後、衣類はモニタ用コン
ベア装置より、自動折畳み装置の折畳み用コンベ
ア装置に受入れられ、前記放射線検出器の出力信
号に基づいて判別された正常な衣類は適宜折畳ま
れて再度使用される。これに反して、汚染された
衣類は折畳まれることなく排出される。ところ
で、従来、この種の装置は衣類搬送用コンベアベ
ルトとして、合成樹脂製ゴムベルトが一般的に使
用される。しかし、このようなゴムベルトは、材
質の異なる各種の衣類、例えば紙服、ゴムまたは
ビニール製かつぱ、綿あるいは綿とポリエステル
との混紡またはポリエステル100%製衣類等を挾
み搬送するために、使用により延びを生じ、搬送
性能が低下し、長期の使用に堪えず満足すべきも
のではなかつた。
〔考案の目的〕
本考案は、上述の点に鑑み、従来技術の問題点
を有効に解決し、搬送性能が保持され、長期の使
用に堪えるランドリモニタ用自動折畳み装置を提
供することを目的とする。
〔考案の要点〕
このような目的を達成するために、本考案は、
折畳み用コンベア装置が材質の異なる各種の衣類
との適応が容易な綿を主体とするコンベアベルト
を備えることを特徴とする。
〔考案の実施例〕
次に、本考案の実施例を図面に基づき、詳細に
説明する。
第1図は本考案によるランドリモニタ用自動折
畳み装置の一実施例の概略構成図、第2図は第1
図の平面図、第3図は同じく左側面図を示す。第
1図ないし第3図において、ランドリモニタ用自
動折畳み装置5は、主として折畳み用コンベア装
置6と、この折畳み用コンベア装置6に設けられ
た折畳み手段、本実施例では衣類3を少なくとも
2回折畳むための第1および第2ナイフ作動機構
8,9とから構成される。10はランドリモニタ
で、衣類3を搬送するモニタ用コンベア装置11
と、このモニタ用コンベア装置11に配置され、
衣類3の放射線汚染度を測定する図示されていな
い放射線検出器とを有する。ランドリモニタ用自
動折畳み装置5は、この入口側がランドリモニタ
10の後段に配置され、折畳み用コンベア装置6
の受入ローラ部13はこのモータ用コンベア装置
11の出口ローラ部12に近接する。また、折畳
み用コンベア装置6は、第1コンベア装置14、
第2コンベア15、第3コンベア16、第4コン
ベア17、第5コンベア18、搬出コンベア1
9、バイパスコンベア20,20Aからなる。な
