It relates to a method for manufacturing a composite decorative laminate in which a composite material that imparts soundproofing properties, etc. is adhered to the back side of the substrate, and in particular, the manufactured composite decorative laminate is distributed from the center to the periphery. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite decorative board that does not cause a so-called valley warp state in which the board is warped in a bow shape.

A so-called valley warpage, which is a bow-shaped warpage, occurred.

The peripheral edge of this decorative board lifts up from the concrete surface, etc., and it is necessary to adhere the decorative board to the concrete surface while pressing down on the peripheral edge, making it extremely difficult to install, and even if it could be adhered, However, there was a problem in that the peripheral edge of the decorative board would peel off from the concrete surface and rise up during use.

In manufacturing, a wood-based paper material is bonded to the back side of the above substrate using an adhesive that has good permeability and is waterproof after curing, and then a composite material is bonded to the back side of this paper material. As a result, the valley warpage of the board caused by the shrinkage of the decorative veneer bonded to the front side of the board is offset by the warp caused by the shrinkage of this paper material, eliminating the occurrence of valley warping on the board. By impregnating the paper material and hardening the adhesive, the adhesive for adhering the composite material is suppressed from penetrating into the back side of the substrate through the paper material, and the back side of the substrate expands, resulting in a composite decorative product manufactured. There is no longer any valley warpage in the board.

In addition, even when the composite decorative board is attached directly to a concrete surface or the like, the peripheral edge of the composite decorative board does not lift up, making the construction extremely easy.

It is now possible to easily manufacture composite decorative laminates without valley warpage without the need for waving, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

The permeability of the adhesive into the paper material improves, allowing the adhesive to penetrate evenly into the paper material and harden, and the adhesive used to bond the composite materials as described above. Penetration into the back side of the substrate can be more reliably suppressed, and valley warping in the composite decorative board can now be even more reliably prevented.
