本発明者らは、養殖魚の体色を改善するために有効な方
法を種々検討した結果、飼料にコウジ酸を添加すること
により顕著な体色改善効果が発揮されること、また、養
殖マダイの場合、飼料にコウジ酸とアスタキサンチンを
併用して添加することによりより一層の体色改善効果が

本発明の実施に際し、養殖魚へのコウジ酸の投与量は体

が望ましい。また併用するアスタキサンチンの投与量は
体重1kgの養殖マダイに対し、1日にアスタキサンチ
ン0.05mg以上、好ましくは0.3mg以上が望ま
しい。アスタキサンチンの給与源としてオキアミ、イサ
ザアミ等を直接給餌しても良いがそれらの抽出油を使用
