For example, in bag weaving using a piece loom equipped with a single stitch device, four weft strips are repeatedly woven, but if one of the weft strips fails, the loom is stopped by the dry stitch prevention mechanism. The method was to manually rotate the loom to remove the remaining three weft strips and then restart the loom. Recently, a method has been proposed in which even if a weft fails, one or several wefts that go around to the next identical weft are forcibly made to fail, and weaving continues without stopping the loom. (Utility Model Publication No. 59-189884, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 59-26557)
No. etc.). For example, a method such as installing a shielding plate at the entrance of the latspa to prevent the latitudinal rays from entering the latitudinal passage.

Therefore, in order to prevent the weft stripes from being woven in, as mentioned above, it is possible to install a shielding plate at the weft opening to prevent the weft strips ejected by the injection roll from entering the weft channel, or to remove them with a removal machine. Although these methods have been proposed and put into practice, they have the disadvantage that the ends of the latitudinal rays obstruct the latitudinal passage because they clog the front of the latspa mouth or fold up the latitudinal rays to form a bent state.

There is a weave damage prevention device (No. 20224). This device prevents the next weft from ejecting into the weft even if a misfire occurs in the weft that is being continuously ejected at high speed. This is a weaving damage prevention device with a new structure that operates stably when applied to a method of preventing weaving scratches, in which a certain number of unexploded weft strips are weaved in from the beginning of the next cycle. A cutting blade having blades on both sides is installed at a position along the upper surface of the lower frame of the distribution plate of each weft strip to cut the weft strip fed to the injection roll position so as to be lowered by the operation of a solenoid. It reached a certain point.

Although this device has a new structure and has been improved upon, it was discovered that the blade of the cutting blade was easily damaged and needed to be replaced at a relatively early stage.

Immediately before the cutting scissors 11, which are installed to cut the weft strip at the position where the weft strip is cut, are sent to the injection roll, approximately
Cut it short by about 10cm so that it does not reach the injection roll so that it does not eject into the weft direction. Thereafter, using a known method, such as a jacquard mechanism or a ratchet mechanism, only one cycle is left unexploded, and the weft is woven from the same type of weft as the unexploded weft.

In order to select these weft strips, a plurality of selection cams 4 are provided on the main body of the device, and a cam rod 5 that swings by touching the cam rods and a selection rod 6 connected at a substantially right angle to the cam rods are used to supply the weft strips. The needle levers 8a to 8d provided at the bottom of the weft guide grooves 7a to 7d of the device 3 are operated, and the weft strips 2a to 2d are sent one by one to the injection roll 9 and then to the rattling opening 19 by the feed pawl 14. A conventionally known structure is used to send the information.

するのである。 The operation of the vertical moving rod 13 can be mechanically connected to the cam rod 5 as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, it is due to the solenoid 12,
For this purpose, by using a publicly known empty puncture sensing mechanism (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-17986), which is not shown in the figure, even if the unfired signal obtained by the empty puncture sensing needle is detected, the camrod 5 The stopper 25 is activated, or this non-fire signal is sent to the control circuit and converted into an activation signal for the solenoid 12. As a result, as mentioned above, just before the weft strip scheduled to be injected next to the unexploded weft strip is sent to the injection roll by the feed pawl 14, about 10 cm of the part that contacts the injection roll is removed. It is guided so that it is caught between the scissor blades of cutting scissors 11, which will be explained below, and when the cutting scissors 11 close, it is cut and shortened to prevent it from being ejected into the weft direction.

It is installed to open and close. When the vertical movement lever 13 is lowered by the above-mentioned misfiring signal, the weft strip to be sent to the injection roll 9 is pushed downward by the feed claw 14, enters the opening of the cutting scissors 11 and is cut, and the weft strip to be sent to the injection roll 9 is cut. It is cut off at the front as shown in Figure 3.

も、従来公知の種々の方法が採用できる。 The two feed claws 14, 14 are rotated by the rotation of the feed cam 15 located below the main body of the device, so that the two feed claws 14, 14 move toward the branch rod 16 at the central fulcrum.
and swings via the transmission rods 17 and 18 to send the weft strips in the direction of the injection roll 9. The side shape of the feed pawl 14 is divided into three sections, front and rear, as shown in FIG. 3, and the weft strips 2 are completely fed by these three feed pawls 14a to 14c. The cut end weft strip falls downward, and the remaining weft strips accumulate on the gutter of the weft strip supply device together with the original defective short weft strips. At this time, the control circuit counts the number of weft lines that stop ejection at the same time, and only one cycle of ejection is determined to be a failure. As for this non-explosion means, various conventionally known methods can be adopted.

Unlike the one that synchronizes with the movement of the feed claws 14, 14 as in the previous example, this type is operated by a solenoid 22, and utilizes the above-mentioned well-known empty puncture sensing mechanism to detect the error obtained with the empty puncture sensing needle. The generated signal is sent to the control circuit and converted into an activation signal for the solenoid 22, and the scissors blades are opened and closed by the opening/closing arms 23, 23 of the solenoid 22 connected to the arm parts 20, 20 of the cutting scissors 11. Rather than opening and closing all the time, the cutting scissors 11 operate only when necessary, that is, when empty pricking.

This device solves a problem that has been strongly desired in the past, since it can be removed without causing secondary troubles such as clogging the front of the latspa or interfering with the latitudinal passage. This device completely prevents weaving damage, and also has the advantageous features of automatically repairing misfires without stopping the machine, and producing high-quality products with high efficiency. The cutting shears that cut the latitudinal strips to remove them from the latitudinal strips are more durable than the cutting blades whose blades are simply plate-shaped edges, and are economically advantageous because they require less maintenance. It is something.
