, a main guide shaft 3 and one or more sub guide shafts 4
By protruding upward and forming shaft holes 5 and 6 through the upper frame 1 into which the respective guide shafts 3 and 4 are slidably fitted, vertical movement relative to the upper frame 1 is achieved. This is achieved by a structure in which the model attachment plate 2 is capable of linear movement and is further provided with a tightening screw 7 that engages with its main guide shaft 3 to fix the model attachment plate 2 to the upper frame 1.

Generally, with an articulator, if the check bite at the central occlusal position is removed and the model is brought into occlusal contact,
It can be seen that a gap is created in the molar region. In other words, during habitual closure, when the distance between the occlusal surfaces approaches 1 mm, the mandible undergoes a linear movement that moves approximately perpendicular to the occlusal plane due to rotational movement around the condylar axis. The position changes and the intercuspial position is reached. Normally, the check bite has a uniform thickness on both the anterior and posterior teeth, and when the check bite is removed, the occlusal gap between the upper and lower models becomes uniform from front to back, and from this state the occlusion is adjusted so that all teeth can make contact. Upper frame of the vessel 1
It is not possible to move the condyle using conventional rotational movement around the condylar axis 12. However, in the articulator according to the present invention, the model attachment plate 2 is movable in the vertical direction with respect to the upper frame 1, and performs linear movement approximately perpendicular to the occlusal plane, so the occlusal contact relationship at the central occlusal position is occlusal. This will ensure accurate reproduction on the instrument.

可能である。(Example) To explain with the illustrated example, the upper frame 1 is the lower frame 1.
It is mounted so as to be rotatable around a condyle shaft 12 supported by left and right columns 11 of 0. Upper frame 1
A model attachment plate 2 is attached to the lower surface of the device, and the model attachment plate 2 of this invention has a main guide shaft 3 that protrudes upward.
and two auxiliary guide shafts 4 arranged in front and rear thereof, each guide shaft 3, 4, 4 is fitted into a shaft hole 5, 6, 6 formed in the upper frame 1, And it is in a state where it can move up and down. The main guide shaft 3 is attached to the upper frame 1.
A hole 13 is formed which intersects the side surface of the hole 1.
3 is moved and its engaging portion 7a tightens the main guide shaft 3, thereby fixing the model attachment plate 2. 7b indicates the operating nut of the fastening screw 7. Each guide shaft 3, 4, 4 is slidably fitted into each shaft hole 5, 6, 6 of the upper frame from above, and is screwed onto the upper surface of the model attaching plate 2. A lower plate 14 stacked on the lower surface of the model attachment plate 2 can be attached and detached using attachment/detachment screws 15.

た。 With the above configuration, the movement path from the central occlusal position, which is the final position of habitual mouth closing movement, to the retracted position can be easily and accurately reproduced. That is, in order to reproduce the retraction position, the outer stoppers 32' are inserted from both sides of the condylar axis 12 in the central occlusal position, brought into contact with the condylar bulb 18, and fixed in that position, and the inner stoppers 32' are loosened. , adjust the condylar disc 19 to the previously read sagittal condyle tract angle, move the scale of the center clock 38 by the amount of retraction, and then read the outer cylinder 34 of the outer topper 32' first. Move it inward by the amount of the gap and fix it in that position,
The left and right condylar balls 18, 18 are moved to the retracted position, and in this state, the inner stopper 32 is brought into contact with the condylar ball 18 and fixed, and finally the outer stopper 32' is brought into contact with the condylar ball 18 and fixed. Just do it. The above movement is characterized by the reproduction from the central occlusal position to the retracted position, which was structurally impossible with conventional articulators.

作用効果が発揮される。(Effect of the invention) Therefore, according to the invention, the model attachment plate 2 is attached to the upper frame 1.
Since the structure is movable up and down, it is possible to accurately reproduce the movement of the lower jaw even in the final stage of occlusion, and the retraction position can be more faithfully and easily reproduced than with conventional articulators. produces unexpected effects.
